La Presentosa is an independent accommodation with a nice living room, a breakfast nook, a bedroom (for two people) and a comfortable bathroom. It is located halfway between the beaches of the Adriatic Sea (Francavilla al Mare and Costa dei Trabocchi) and the green Maiella mountains. The flat is very close to the historic city of Chieti and only half an hour from the modern city of Pescara. The property is named after the typical Abruzzo jewel that the boyfriend used to give to his future wife.

Inserito in tipici paesaggi dell'abruzzo, in una bella vallata aperta sul mare. Le spiagge più vicine sono a 15 minuti d'auto, San Salvo, Vasto, nelle vicinanze agriturismi e innumerevoli borghi fortificati, posti in cima delle colline circostanti. L'appartamento e' indipendente, la vista e' incantevole, i colori della natura variano a seconda delle stagioni, in giornate limpide si vedono le isole Tremiti. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new.
