Stefania and her husband are great hosts. They are very friendly and helped us when we had a problem with our car. The place is great with an amazing view!

Agnese's parents, who live next door, were the perfect hosts! They were welcoming, giving privacy, but when we sat together it was very pleasant and interesting to talk to. The house was comfortable, inviting, and homey, and we enjoyed our stay and the hospitality in an exceptional way!

Many thanks to Jean Marc for this great house, which made it possible for us to have a beautiful family reunion. There was nothing missing....chairs,glasses, many bedrooms with comfortable beds, several bathrooms, open fireplace, beautiful views and tranquility, many opportunities for hiking. The house is just totally beautiful and ideal for so many people. Very nice neighbors and village idyll...I'm sure we'll be back....

Our stay was perfect in all respects. Eleonora was an extremely kind host, but also discreet and very responsive; she provided us with all the necessary information and recommended places and restaurants. The house is very large, with large bright windows in the living area, which show the beautiful view around it. Privacy is ensured by a large private garden, with beautiful trees and flowers. We found it super clean, in perfect condition and with all the appliances working. The tried two-bedroom beds were also very comfortable. We had a really good time and highly recommend this experience.

Marco was an extremely kind and helpful host, we asked him for advice during our stay and he responded promptly and above all exhaustively. The house is really very nice (even more than what you see from the photos!), spacious and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. In particular, we found a lot of useful things for our young children: high chair, booster seat, changing table, two cribs and even potties for the bathroom. We're already thinking about when we'll be back!

All good! We liked the place a lot, felt like at home. Lots of inside space and everything you need but you usually don’t buy is already there.

I had a wonderful Christmas week in this apartment with my husband and our children. Since our arrival we were greeted with great kindness by the owner, who made everything even more special by decorating the apartment with Christmas lights and a delicious ornamented sauce. A detail that we really appreciated and that made the atmosphere truly magical!The apartment is very clean and equipped with every comfort. The location is very convenient: it is located a few meters from the ski slopes, perfect for those who love skiing without having to take the car. It has private parking, a key detail to avoid stress with luggage and skis. There are restaurants and bars nearby, making the experience even more enjoyable and practical. We can only highly recommend this place for a vacation in the mountains, both for the great location and for the care and attention shown by the owner. We'll definitely be back!!

Positive experience from "I Quattro Gatti" in Andorno Cacciorna. Thanks to the excellent communication management, we reached the place very easily. Upon our arrival, Mrs. Claudia greeted us in person. We also had a chance to meet your family. All of them welcomed us with availability and kindness. The host has worked very hard to give us all the tools for a comfortable and dynamic stay, giving us some of his time to tell us about the different peculiarities present in the Cervo Valley, a territory rich in historical landscape and gastronomic charm, definitely to be appreciated. The accommodation is located in a mountain village in the lower valley, not far from Biella, and is located in a quiet and quiet environment, well equipped, of small size, but it is still comfortable thanks to the thoughtful and refined decor. The fireplace in the living room creates a nice atmosphere (thanks to a weekend in May from the cold out of season), we really appreciated the clean and well-kept bed/bathroom/kitchen linens. Note the excellent location of the house: all the main services (supermarkets, various groceries, tobacco shop, newsstand, ATM...) are a few meters from the house and, using the car, you can easily access the many attractions of the Biellese (Oropa, Oasis Zegna, Burcina Park, Ricetto di Candelo...). The house is a valid solution for any type of stay, even in the long term. We are glad to have visited the beautiful Valle Cervo and to have met Mrs. Claudia, whom we thank for the warm hospitality.

We had an exceptional 2 weeks at Andrea's: the accommodation matches the description provided, very quiet, very well maintained and equipped, with a lot of comfort, everything seems new, and the view from the 2 terraces is magnificent. We received a warm welcome with lots of nice touches, and Andrea was an attentive, cordial and responsive host. In addition, the caretakers and the people taking care of the garden and maintenance have always been very discreet and friendly, even giving us vegetables from the garden. Too bad we don't speak Italian so we could communicate more with them. I recommend it without reservation!

Great stay (for two couples with a child) in an impeccable apartment with two rooms and a shared bathroom, recently renovated, with a separate entrance. Beautiful view as far as the eye can see from the balconies of the rooms. Classic B&B formula, with breakfast served every day in the kitchenette on which the rooms open. Among the highlights, Alessia and her husband's surprising family welcome, the homemade cakes are always different, and the convenience of parking really attached to the entrance. Ideal for visiting the Biellese while staying in the peace of Pettinengo!

We had a wonderful stay at Omar’s place. The description was very accurate and Omar was super helpful and responsive. The only downside is perhaps the water situation (especially if you’re in a big group).

We spent a wonderful week at the villa and especially enjoyed the lovely and big garden. The kitchen and living-area are nice and spacious. Outside the house there are lots of lovely places where you can stay. It is quiet and you can only hear the birds (no traffic). In the village nearby (5‘ with the car) there is a good restaurant. We would always come back.

This became the highlight of a wonderful week in Italy. we would have stayed many more days if we could. I imagine Heaven to be literally like this place and experience Beautiful in every detail with a great staff. we had a private chef cooked dinner and breakfast that was spectacular too. I will find an excuse to come back!!!

Very spacious, sparkling clean house with very comfortable beds. Located halfway up the Mottarone - in the midst of nature with a view of Lake Orta. Armeno is the nearest town with some nice little shops for buying Italian delicacies. Giacomo is the jewel of Casa Mottarone - he is helpful and super fast when needed.

Beautiful solution, just outside the center that can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The garden surrounding the villa is very well-kept, large, and has a beautiful view of the city. If possible, the villa is more beautiful than the photographs. Large rooms and super equipped kitchen. We had a really good time, Beatrice welcomed us with a lot of warmth and extreme professionalism. Beautiful playroom space...even for the grown-ups!

Wow! One of the best places we have experienced. Angela and her family were extremely warm and greeted us like family - an extraordinary welcome. They were at the property when we arrived in case we had any trouble finding the villa and to show us around the beautiful grounds. Angela welcomed us with a homemade tart, a lengthy list of wonderful food, drinks and even olive oil… plus a sweet hand-written note - details that mean a lot to a family of weary travelers! The villa itself is charming: very clean, very tastefully decorated, uncluttered. The grounds are extensive and well kept The views of the lake, surrounding hills and distant Alps are breathtaking. We spent quite a bit of time enjoying the villa. The nearby village of Arona has great shopping, restaurants and views. Visitors are mainly locals, so the experience was very authentic. Would definitely return!

A dream house in Italy – it doesn't get any better! 🌞🐾 We have now been to this beautiful holiday home for the umpteenth time - and it is like coming home every time. The house is located in a picturesque, typically Italian village and is simply a dream: lovingly furnished, sparkling clean, fully equipped and with a lot of charm. The completely fenced garden is particularly noteworthy - ideal for those traveling with a dog! Our four-legged friend was able to move freely and romp to his heart's content, while we sat relaxed in the garden and enjoyed the Dolce Vita. The hosts are incredibly warm, helpful and attentive - you can see how much love they put into this house. Communication was as always uncomplicated and cordial. For us, it is the perfect place to switch off, enjoy and feel good - we are guaranteed to come back! Clear recommendation: worth more than five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
