Host available, exceptional accommodation, everything in order and well furnished, equipped with everything you need, a clean, spacious and bright environment, equipped kitchen, a well-kept garden with masonry barbecue equipped with utensils. My girlfriend and I had a nice relaxing day and we are fully satisfied with the place, definitely to be repeated. I recommend it...

Beautiful location and a fantastic host

For the time after our stay in Naples, we were looking for something quiet, outside in the countryside. And we found it with Vittorio and his family: The house with a view, located outside the village (75 minutes by car from Naples airport), is in the middle of nature and a wonderful, well-kept and large garden with trees with all kinds of fruits (lemon, medlar, mulberry, pomegranate, plum, etc.). The house is very well maintained and well decorated. Even the breakfast (coffee and brioches/croissants) organized externally (via Bar) by Vittorio was already included in the B&B arrangement! Vittorio and his parents are extremely kind people who are very concerned about the well-being of their guests: they respond promptly to requests and wishes and, if necessary, someone is also quickly on hand. As guests, we therefore felt extremely comfortable. Thank you very much Vittorio and your parents for this "short stay in paradise".

Beautiful location and wonderfully quiet and beautiful views ! Nice walking from the house. No busy hiking trails, but bring your navigation.

This was a lovely stay in a beautiful area. Our kids loved the pool & surroundings of the villa. Camilla is a very kind & responsive host. The location is beautiful & quiet, but can be a bit secluded. I highly recommend this for families with kids.

Perfect stay! There were four of us and we were fine. Marina was super welcoming and helpful from the very start. The house was super clean, comfortable and equipped with everything: Wi-Fi, coffee machine, biscuits, jams, Nutella... and a homemade tart by the grandmother who conquered us! The kitchen was well equipped, with everything you need to cook on your own: dishes, stove, refrigerator and utensils available for those who want to prepare meals. Quiet area, ideal for relaxing, with convenient parking a few meters away! A place we really recommend, we'd love to go back

My sisters, brother and I came to see the village our grandparents were from. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Vincenzo's house was perfect for our visit. So charming. We have wonderful memories of our stay.

Perfect stay in a beautiful vineyard. The apartment is extremely clean, and tastefully furnished. Guided tour from the vineyards, to the production to the winery to do, to end on a fabulous tasting. I recommend it.

We loved staying in Caiazzo, and this was the perfect location. We were right in the center, within walking distance of everything. We ate at Pepe In Grani but also decided to stay for two days because the town was so charming. The room looked just as beautiful in person as in the photos, and our host was always there when we needed him. He met us on the main road in town, brought us to the apartment, and even helped with the luggage!! Thank you for making our stay in Caiazzo so special!

We really like this place. The surrounding area is very picturesque, and it's also a great advantage that the apartments are equipped with high speed / reliable internet (rare in this are). Stefano is also very prompt to reply when any minor issues arise.

The villa was gorgeous! The surrounding scenery was stunning. It is in the quiet countryside just a few short minutes drive from town. The place was impeccably clean. It contains all needed amenities for a long stay. It has separate washer and dryer unit, although small capacity. Beds were very firm. We were greeted upon arrival and dismissal from the rental. Very friendly staff and we were also given extra coffee and a bottle of wine and water to begin our stay with. The pool was beautiful and kept nice. I would highly recommend staying here. We are welcomed by Mr. Mario, a very friendly person and available to provide us with all the directions and suggestions to make the most of our stay. Lovely place, with a view of the breathtaking hills. The spaces are super clean and tidy. It felt like staying at home. We'll definitely be back!

The stay at Villa Elena was undoubtedly fantastic as the house is even more beautiful than it looked in the photos. Everything was tidy and clean. It is well equipped with everything and is suitable for a stay of 10 people. Having the heaters with two separate boilers for the floors, the house stays warm and you can manage which floor to heat. It has a beautiful terrace and a living room with a beautiful view of the mountains. In addition, the owner and assistant were very kind and helpful. In addition, for any questions, both were available with a quick response. The space in the rooms is right and each person had what they needed for rooms and bathrooms (2 public and 2 private). The nearby village (Cusano Mutri) is very nice, and all the people we met were warm and very friendly. In conclusion: undoubtedly beautiful vacation, absolutely recommended.

This villa was amazing. The decor inside was beautiful even the lighting inside was something to talk about. The outdoors was breathtaking. Great for a group. Carmine was very friendly and accommodating. He left snacks for us when we arrived and even offered to take us to the supermarket if needed. Definitely worth a visit!

Amazing property, very high quality throughout. Stunning pool and outdoor areas. Highly recommended for those looking for peace and quiet. Sant Agata is about 10 minutes drive and has everything…restaurants, bars, supermarkets, seriously good pizza. Also a great Sunday market.

We had a wonderful time, it was the perfect getaway. Something for everyone, swimming, tennis, a nature lovers’ paradise & peaceful. The house is a great layout, so many lovely areas to sit outside. I fell in love with the kitchen and the dining room is a wonderful space. Lina was truly special, friendly and more than helpful. She got out us out of a fix with our vehicle by being a great & insistent translator. I would return in a heartbeat.
