Villa holiday rentals in Province of Avellino

This is a beautiful location, peaceful and tranquil. The facilities outside are fantastic. The beds were comfortable and although there is no AC there were fans. We would have liked a parasol available round the pool area but there are ample places to be fine to relax in the shade.

Les lieux étaient ceux d’une carte postale, le paysage et les alentours étaient à couper le souffle. Le logement était parfaitement adapté à notre petit groupe et les hôtes étaient accueillants et chaleureux. Nous recommandons à tous voyageurs voulant profiter d’un séjour tranquille.

We were 7 adults and 3 children spending a week at Claudio’s house. The house is very well suited for a group of this size and could even accommodate a few more persons. The house is in the mountains with fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea on one side and Mount Vesuvio on the other side. Driving there involves negotiating some narrow roads with steep climbs, but it is worth it. After coming down from the mountain, getting to the Amalfi coast is easy, as is getting to Pompei and Napoli. The house itself is amazing; built into the rocks and with a fabulous design. It is more beautiful than appears from the pictures on the web site. After touring the Amalfi coast during the day, we spent late afternoons enjoying the pool and we had all our meals at the terrace outside the dining room/kitchen. We had a great week, in no small part thanks to this amazing place. Claudio and his wife, were very friendly and helpful. Before and during our stay, they responded quickly to all questions.

Wir hatten tolle 2 Wochen bei Michele. Wir waren zusammen mit unserem Hund da und das hat mega mit dem Garten gepasst. Wir hatten eine tolle Privatsphäre, haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Michele ist ein wirklich großartiger Gastgeber, war super schnell mit seinen Antworten, allen Hinweisen und super flexibel. Ich muss eigentlich auch nicht erwähnen, dass er wahnsinnig freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen war :) Man sollte wissen, dass ein Auto wirklich von Vorteil ist. Calvanico ist perfekt für Tagesausflüge gelegen und man hat in diesem Örtchen wirklich den richtigen Abstand von dem Trubel wie bspw. in Salerno / Neapel. In dem Ort selbst gibt es fußläufig kaum Möglichkeiten. ca. 50m von dem Haus entfernt gibt es ein Café wo man durchgehend Kleinigkeiten zu Essen etc. bekommt. Auch wenn man gerne zu Fuß unterwegs ist (wie wir mit Hund) ist es aufgrund der Gegebenheiten schwierig, weil es bspw. teilweise keine Gehwege gibt. Alles in Allem: Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit! very beautiful village around, beautiful and secluded view of the mountains, perfect location, the whole house was at our disposal, we had a great time, the house had everything we needed, it felt like we were visiting friends :) we will definitely come back 😊

Maria's neat house offers plenty of space and privacy both inside and out. It overlooks an idyllic valley, so you feel like you're in the middle of nature. Anila and her son handled check-in and check-out in a warm and uncomplicated manner. Wine, pasta and pastries awaited us as a friendly welcome so that we could celebrate our arrival immediately. A good starting point and resting place for excursions to the surrounding nature parks and the Amalfi Coast.

Die Villa liegt am Gipfel eines Berges und bietet eine tolle Aussicht in ruhiger Umgebung. Architektonisch eine Meisterleistung, wie das Haus in die Umgebung integriert ist. Der Garten ist ein Traum und wird vom Besitzer liebevoll gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber zweckmäßig. Riccardo und seine Eltern sind tolle Gastgeber und sehr um die Gäste bemüht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

This villa was so much more than we could have expected. It is spacious, clean and airy. The large terrace outside has a gorgeous pool, recliners and great views in all directions, including the sun setting over Vesuvius. Its location on the top of a hill gives it perfect privacy. Sonia's nephew, Riccardo, met us in Cava de' Tirreni and guided us to the villa, which is a short drive (or taxi) from the town but not easy to find. Riccardo showed us around the villa before he left. Our hosts were very prompt in responding to requests and queries during the week, with recommendations for places to eat and a local taxi. The nearby small village is a reasonable walk down and has a shop, butcher and bar. The walk back up is inevitably more taxing. One last thing, the fireflies on the bank at the north side of the villa were mesmerising. It became a daily routine to watch them after enjoying the amazing sunset from the terrace. Huge thanks to our hosts for a fantastic stay.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Mario! Er ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der uns jederzeit unterstützt hat. Die Unterkunft ist schön, gemütlich und mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche perfekt für Selbstversorger. Besonders genossen haben wir den Pool und die Aussicht – ideal zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch super, um Neapel zu erkunden (mit dem Auto ca. 30 Minuten). Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

The villa is amazing. The view is far greater than in the pictures. Pool is big and premesis is just stunning. Roberto is the most kind and friendly host. Also great location to explore the amalfi coast and fast to get In to Napoli as well. Would recommend!

Enzo a été un hôte très réactif et très gentil, il se rendait toujours disponible pour le moindre soucis. Il s’est montré très intéressé par notre séjour et ils nous a conseillé des activités et des endroits qu’on a adoré ! Un très beau séjour dans un villa magnifique ✨

The villa is as described and if anything nicer than the pictures. The hosts are really helpful and friendly and met us to show us around. Before we arrived we asked a few questions which they helped answer. The villa is very rustic and full of charm. Four good bedrooms all with comfy beds and aircon; three bathrooms and plenty of hot water. Well equipped kitchen (now has a oven) and decent BBQ outside. The pool is amazing - either for proper swimmers or messing around in. Large and very clean. Lots of outdoor seating and plenty of shade. Ideal for 6-8 people or more if children included You need a car here as its 10 mins from the shops and local restaurants and cafes. Sarno is well connected for Napoli, Pompeii, Sorrento, Versuvious, Salerno (for boats to Amalfi) but be aware everywhere is 30-60 mins drive which we found fine with sat nav. Overall a homely, spacious and well equipped villa with an amazing pool. And good value for money.

Villa exceptionnelle, très propre on y retrouve tout ce qu’il faut. Idéal pour se reposer dans un cadre très calme et à l’écart de la ville. Hôtes toujours à l’écoute et disponibles. J’y ai passé une magnifique semaine !
