Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Avellino

My son and I stayed here for the second time as we were visiting a relative who had recently been admitted into hospital. The house has a lovely feel to it and very peaceful Great mountain views too. We may come back very soon to see how our relative is doing

We traveled all day and when we arrived Nicola had supplied us with snacks and breakfast for the next day. The kitchen is stocked with all things necessary to cook meals. There is a grocery store a few doors down the street that has anything you would need and a butcher a few doors down for there. Also, a green grocer truck comes down the street most mornings offering fresh fruits and vegetables. This place is a home and you feel it from the start. Even though it is very spacious, it feels like a warm hug. The beds and beddings are comfy, the bathrooms spacious with lots of hot water, and the garden and views are breathtaking. From the huge upper patio you can see neighboring villages and the vast rolling hills. We were there in the Spring and were witness to the grapevines changing from sticks to then leafing and then we saw tiny clumps of grapes beginning to form. This is such a wonderful place; I hope many people can experience the peaceful setting and warm people of the village.

My fiancée and I had a lovely stay in Lauro. The home was as described, clean and spacious with good air conditioning in the bedroom! We particularly enjoyed morning breakfasts and evening meals on the terrace overlooking the valley. Plenty of parking out the front by the castle and an easy walk past the castle into town for supplies and restaurants. Giuseppe and his wife are very friendly hosts, greeting us on arrival and answering all our questions. On the last day they brought us cappuccinos and cornetto for breakfast from the local bakery. Would happily recommend staying here for a more peaceful time than the busy city of Napoli.

A beautiful apartment in a peaceful and scenic area - perfect for a relaxing getaway. The space is modern, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped, with a very comfortable bed and reclining sofa, excellent clean shower bathroom setup, and a convenient modern kitchen with many conveniences. The balcony is a lovely touch, ideal for enjoying the surroundings. Check-in was seamless and the host was friendly, responsive and helpful, as were all the neighbours I bumped into. A great choice for guests looking to unwind in a quiet, natural setting. I’d definitely recommend this property and host; I’ll be planning a return!

We had a great stay! The apartment was spacious and very well equipped with everything you might need. We also really loved the private garden, kids playground and guide! We will go put of our way to stay here again if we are ever close again!

Sergio's apartment is perfect for discovering Campania: ideally located for guests with a rental car (with secure parking), it is spacious, clean and very well-equipped. The bedding is very comfortable to rest after the busy days of sightseeing. But what makes the experience unforgettable is the host, Sergio. Anxious to offer a impeccable stay in every detail, he is responsive, considerate, communication is fluid and very pleasant. Sergio is always caring and thanks to him, we discovered a hidden pearl in Nocera Superiore - Le Baptistery. We had a great time at this place and will definitely be back. In the meantime, we can only recommend it!

For the time after our stay in Naples, we were looking for something quiet, outside in the countryside. And we found it with Vittorio and his family: The house with a view, located outside the village (75 minutes by car from Naples airport), is in the middle of nature and a wonderful, well-kept and large garden with trees with all kinds of fruits (lemon, medlar, mulberry, pomegranate, plum, etc.). The house is very well maintained and well decorated. Even the breakfast (coffee and brioches/croissants) organized externally (via Bar) by Vittorio was already included in the B&B arrangement! Vittorio and his parents are extremely kind people who are very concerned about the well-being of their guests: they respond promptly to requests and wishes and, if necessary, someone is also quickly on hand. As guests, we therefore felt extremely comfortable. Thank you very much Vittorio and your parents for this "short stay in paradise".

We stayed at Rossella's because we wanted to be the centre of Napoli. Whilst there we went to Naples, Pompeii, and Salerno, we got to all these places within a hour or so's drive. If you are on a budget, you need to drive to these places; Naples - We got the metro from 'Scampia' and got a day pass for 7 Euros to get to the 'old part', parked in Via Oliviero Zuccarini, just opposite the metro station, the car park for the flats nearby, this is just before the roundabout. Pompeii - Parked in the town near the train station, in Zone B and if you want to make even cheaper, park in Zone C, paid 18 Euros to see the ancient village, worth it. Salero - We went to instead of Sorrento, you can get a ferry to the Amalfi from here for cheap, and the parking was fairly priced near the dock, we loved our day here. Rossella's also had a few hikes nearby via the 'all trails' app, a perfect base, it was clean and comfortable, great bed, good wifi, hot water, a gaggia, Aveva Tutto :-))

The experience at Casa Braida was simply extraordinary! Surrounded by an enchanting setting of greenery and history, the property offers a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The room is well cared for in detail, clean and tastefully furnished, the perfect environment for regenerating, a well cleaned bathroom, while the LED lights in the kitchen create an extremely quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Michele's warm welcome made me feel at home. Always available and ready to provide tips on the best places to visit and restaurants to try, it made my stay even more special. The location is really strategic, ideal for exploring the area and moving even further away. If you're looking for a place to spend unforgettable moments, this is the perfect choice. I'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!

We needed a place to stay one night at a good price in the middle of our road trip and this appartement was perfecto.

Had a great time at the property (very clean and spacious) and it also had great views. It was a really fun stay. 100% would recommend. Very helpful host as well.

The place exactly matches the photos. It was and is very clean and tidy. The pool is large and very well maintained, like the entire complex. Absolutely recommended, we are very glad we were able to spend our vacation here. I can only agree with all the positive reviews!

there were two of us with our dog and the bikes for 2 nights. We were able to safely store the bikes in the garage. Saverio personally came for flexible check-in and showed us around. The location is great, everything you need. The larger supermarket is 800m further downhill. There is a fruit and vegetable shop at the village square. We felt very comfortable and everything was perfect👍🏻Thank you Saverio 👍🏻

We stayed 3 days and had it as a base for wine trips to the region (you need a car to move around). The house is fresh and has everything we needed, the shower excellent and the garden table is lovely for dinner outside. Giuseppe's simpaty (as described by previous guests) was one of the reasons for choosing this accomodation and it was indeed heartwarming and friendly. Totally recomend and would love to stay again.

The House is two floor and have a big salon. its makes the stay comfortable for us. Also very Clean and hygienic. In the house there are so many supply you can use in your stay. Lots kind a of food includes. Thanks to Mariano makes our holiday a beter one.

Newly renovated apartment with all comforts

The stay was absolutely great, the hosts were very nice and helpful, upon arrival we had some fruit from the garden in the kitchen, a nice touch. The apartment is completely newly renovated and smells new, everything is clean, more like a luxury hotel :-) It is located at the end of the village and it is quiet. The Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, Naples, all within a few dozen minutes' drive. During the stay we were constantly asked if we needed anything, cleaning, changing towels, bed linen? Very attentive. We were very happy here, a beautiful week, we wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately it was not possible because of other guests. Thank you very much and I hope to see you again next time.

Nice place to stay and convenience location to travel by car between Marfil Coast, Positano, Sorrento, Pompei. The apartment is huge and has everything you need. The management team was helpful, friendly and reaponsable.

The apartment was great for our family of five. The terrace has a great view of the Vesuvius, it was warm enough to eat outside. The rooms are spacious and the owner was very kind.

we absolutely LOVED our stay at Le Conche. the surrounding area and views are stunning, the accommodations cozy and Federica is an excellent host. communication is great and she even went out of her way promptly to help us when we had an issue! we wish our stay had been longer!
