We had a very good time in this apartment, the residence is quiet and well maintained, a recent construction. Convenient parking in the large parking lot inside the residence, accessible with a remote control provided by the owner. The accommodation has everything you need, the kitchen is very small but fine for two people. The terrace is very pleasant, although less livable in the late afternoon due to mosquitoes. We enjoyed the air conditioner even though we used it little because the house is quite cool because it does not get direct sun. The town of Propriano is quite quiet and the center can be reached on foot from the house. The beaches in the area are very beautiful and not very crowded, which for us is a plus.

Hi, It was an unforgettable stay and to be recommended, the apartment was clean and well appointed, and our small beach downstairs on foot and a plus is that we were able to connect our electric car thanks to an outlet installed outside. A well-equipped kitchen, a balcony with sea view and sunset. A big thank you to Dominique for despite our late arrival remained available to guide us. We received such a warm welcome and warmth of my heart. Thank you very much to Joëlle, Dominique's sister who was very kind and who is helping us with places to visit. Idyllic setting for a quiet family stay. The accommodation is very comfortable and well equipped. A very nice beach is a 10-minute walk away. The pool is perfect for ending the day in the sun. And above all, Muriel and her family were immediately very welcoming and caring, making it a very good stay. We'll be happy to go back!

Lucie is a particularly pleasant host, responsive and always available. The accommodation it offers is impeccable, perfectly equipped with furniture as well as kitchenware. Ideally located, it is in close proximity to many points of interest such as shops, restaurants and bars. A small balcony also offers the opportunity to enjoy the calm and outdoor air. I would highly recommend this address to anyone looking to stay in South Corsica, and more particularly in Porto-Vecchio.

Had an absolutely perfect stay! The accommodation was excellent, everything was new, clean and very well equipped. Super nice & neat apartment, with all the comforts. However, outside the city center, a 5-minute walk. Supermarket around the corner is a plus. Nice base for trips to Bonifacio, Col de Bavella and the beaches of Porto Vecchio -very beautiful!

Laetizia is friendly and helpful. She gave us good tips regarding bakery, supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is functionally furnished; I have hardly encountered a better furnished apartment on Airbnb. A fairly large sandy beach is right by the sea; you go out the back door and you're on the beach. A shower would be desirable. The apartment with private parking is very suitable for people with a car. Without it, it is rather difficult, because public transport is said to be unreliable (statement by Laetitia).

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! The four of us spent two weeks in the apartment and felt completely comfortable. The amenities were exactly as described – modern, high quality and with everything you need for a longer stay. Particularly noteworthy are the very well-equipped kitchen as well as washing machine and dryer in the bathroom, which was very convenient for us. The landlord was always available, very helpful and friendly – a pleasant and professional contact. An absolute highlight was the fantastic sea view from the balcony – we enjoyed the sunset every evening. Overall a really nice holiday in a great place. We would come back anytime!

We had a great stay, there is everything you need inside the accommodation! Outside, we enjoyed the plancha and the pool! A nice quiet corner close to Cala Rossa :) Elodie provides a lot of information and advice, it's perfect!

Our stay went very well! Listing matches the photos and descriptions. It was clean. There is plenty of storage, and utensils in the kitchen. Arlem, the housing manager, is very friendly. The accommodation is located in a residence with a super nice heated pool. And close to the beautiful beach of Santa Giulia.

Everything perfect and corresponding to the photos and descriptions, excellent amenities, quiet place, beautiful terrace, large living area, very bright, with kitchenette and comfortable sofa bed, large bedroom with large wardrobe (even tennis rackets to take advantage of the courts), large full bathroom (no bidet). Beautiful shared swimming pool in a raised position. All on a large private lot with some buildings in the countryside, very well maintained. Very recent construction. Elevator available. The use of the car is inevitable for any trip, to reach Porto Vecchio, the beaches and services, all within walking distance.

Amazing home with everything you could need for a stay. I visited with 3 friends and it was the perfect location for us to enjoy food and drinks out and not having to drive. The nearest beaches just 10-15mins drive away were also stunning. We loved the hot tub, kitchen and cinema too. Would definitely return.
