Private apartment in Progreso, 3 blocks from the Playón and the International Esplanade. The apartment has a double room with direct entrance to the bathroom, a large and equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed and TV, and a very nice terrace overlooking the garden and pool. The pool, bar area and garden are shared with guests who are staying on the ground floor. There is also another toilet (WC) and an outdoor shower for that area. The apartment has independent access from the ground floor.
