The accommodation is very spacious and tastefully decorated. It is very well insulated, which is very appreciable in hot weather because the living room remains well tempered. The terrace is gigantic with a really privileged view, a real pleasure to sit there for an aperitif after a big day of activity. The accommodation is part of a large building, but you don't even realize that there are neighbors on the other corners of the building, it's very peaceful. 1 parking space provided and access to a common laundry room to do your laundry. Communication was easy and responsive. In short, we had a lovely stay.

Petfect for us two. The view is marvellous. Loved just sitting on the terrase, listening to the birds. Nice with pool when hot as now in summer. Very nice river bed to swim with a restaurant also, in Privas. Marie- Cecile is vey friendly and she had advices for us about the market and other happenings in town! We totally loved our long stay here!!!

We spent a week with family in this small studio on the garden floor of Claire's mom's house. We arrived early, welcomed by Claire,who explained the place to us and everything nearby. The accommodation is clean with the essentials for 4. The points+: well located in a quiet location, space to park,a super pleasant garden with a barbecue,no TV ideal for relaxing the children! Accessible wifi to plan visits. within walking distance, a large children's park with skate Park, the elevator which is convenient to get to the city center faster, an educational farm not far away, a river in the town for swimming with the children in complete tranquility. The lady who lives above is very nice, available and discreet,clear too. Point -: mosquitoes in large numbers provide mosquito repellent. ( may be providing a screen on the window). Very happy stay. Thank you.
