Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Prince of Wales Island

Our stay in Ketchikan was great! The apartment was very clean and was ready to be lived in. We stayed 6 nights and it was comfortable the entire week. This family exceeded expectations. They live close by and we ran into them a few times. They are friendly and eager to help. We will stay here again when we return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This AirBNB property is located in a great location. A short drive to town to enjoy the great restaurants & shopping. A very pleasant view of the water from the porch & dining area. A fantastic kitchen with all of the necessary amenities and a large table. The owner was extremely responsive and attentive to details. The most comfortable beds we have ever experienced! The price was very reasonable. We will definitely be staying at this property again & we are already recommending it to others. This was the perfect basecamp for me when I first got into town. Quiet, well away from the hustle and bustle of the cruise ship docks, and a much shorter drive from Settler's Cove / Lunch Creek than most of the places listed in town.

I know this may come off as trite or exaggerated but believe me when I say this is hand's down the very best AirBnB experience I've had in the US. Alaska is home for me & I travel all over the state for business. I am accustomed to AK standards for "lovely accommodations" & I am telling you now Amanda (who always responded promptly) & her property far surpass even Anchorage's Hotel Captain Cook. When I booked her pet friendly home I must admit I was a little bit wary expecting there to be a lingering odor of poo or, even worse, urine but such was not the case. Everything in the kitchen is where you'd expect it to be. The setting was a perfect 15min distance from downtown with a small but quality grocery store along the way. The nearby beach is sandy (rare treat in AK) & Ward Lake is nearby offering a wonderfully relaxing stroll as well as giant fireplaces beneath pavilions which allow for enjoyable gatherings in spite of classic Southeast AK Weather. I will definitely return!

A great place to stay right in Craig. Very spacious and it’s awesome to have a washer and dryer available in the rainy weather.

I’m a local here and Ketchikan but needed a weekend to stay with my son and I until I could move in elsewhere. This is definitely the gem in Ketchikan ,easy to get to as advertised beautiful surroundings and the easiest way to get into the apartment you have to book it to find out what I mean..

This was our second time staying at Steve and Wendy’s home. The house is so spacious and clean! The back deck is to die for with a beautiful view. We saw so many whales, eagles and had fun watching all the boats and cruise ships go in and out. This time we traveled with my 6 month old and they let me know ahead of time there was a pack n play at the house. Life saver! I would absolutely recommend staying here over and over. Steve also had great insight for our fishing trip last year. We can’t wait for our next availability to stay!

Loved our stay at Mylene’s place. This was an annual trip with our good friends and this place met our needs perfectly. It was comfortable and easy. We like the open living and kitchen areas, good sized bedrooms and bath. A nice outdoor area for eating or relaxing. Mylene was easy to reach with any questions we had but luckily everything went very smooth. Looking forward to going again next year!

Jillians place was cozy and very comfortable. Lots of room for family to spread out.

Very nice comfortable place to relax and enjoy the ocean views and quiet. Nice trails to walk to from the house to beach and parks nearby. Host responds immediately and house has everything one would need. WiFi a plus since we had Verizon and no reception out in Craig or anywhere on POW.

This place is a gem of Ketchikan. This applies to short and long term stays. Very accommodating and makes you feel at home with everything they provide. I have NO complaints or critiques of the home, I just think that anyone renting should know about the drive up. It is a steep driveway up, but once you get there it’s worth it! Renters were extremely receptive for anything we needed and had quick responses. The history and location is magic!

Book and exhale. This Alaskan retreat was absolutely breathtaking! Nestled amidst stunning natural beauty, the home offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life (we flew in from Seattle to do some fishing for a few days). From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the peaceful surroundings. The home was equipped with everything we needed and more! The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable & the living area provided a relaxing space to unwind after 2 days of fishing for Cohos!! The views from the windows were simply stunning, and we spent countless hours enjoying the tranquility of the Alaskan wilderness. Axel was an exceptional host. He is incredibly friendly, helpful, and just a delight to work with. We will book again for certain! If you need another recommendation - We took our 91 yo mom salmon fishing with a company called Svenson Sportfishing. 🎣 There were 5 of us and we brought 320 lbs of salmon home!
