We had a wonderful stay at Erika’s place! She was a great host — very welcoming and thoughtful. The apartment had a stunning view that we really enjoyed, and it was clean and comfortable throughout. We also appreciated the extra touches like the stocked fridge and cupboard essentials, which made our stay even more convenient. Would definitely recommend staying here, and we’d be happy to come back!

When I first found this apartment on Airbnb, it seemed almost too good to be true. I thought there was a catch! The pictures online don’t do it Justice at all. The apartment is gorgeous in person and the view is breathtaking. Waking up to the view felt like I was away on a private island or something. Kim is the most thoughtful, fun host. She provided us with all the information we needed and responded to our questions promptly. The apartment was not only tidy but also comfortable. The kitchen contains everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom and balcony are clean and light. The location was incredible. Kim had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thanks Kim for such a wonderful time! We will definitely be back.

Nice and quiet. Restful after a long day of site seeing. Bus stop across the road makes it easy to get to sites. Veronica was so helpful and even checked on us to make sure all was well. Great host!

This place was great and Randall was responsive and very helpful. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and living spaces were great. Location was only blocks away from the metro, ballpark, and several restaurants and grocery stores which was certainly another plus. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

I had a wonderful stay during my time at the airbnb. Checking in provided no difficulty whatsoever, and the staffers I interacted with were friendly and accommodating. The host was simply excellent. She would always respond to my questions in a timely manner, and she even gave helpful advice for parking. The location is exactly what I anticipated: a quick walk to the metro station, and a beautiful scene at the waterfront. Everything in the D.C. area was within a reasonable distance, regardless of the transportation method. I’m very satisfied that I booked a reservation for this place.

We loved the entire house and it's decorations. The kitchen was perfect for our needs. It is important to know that just 3 blocks away on 4th street is an excellent and large grocery store. Furthermore, just 5 or 6 blocks away is a metro stop, Navy Yard. This is a very comfortable way to enter the Metro system. We purchased a 1-week pass and found it very helpful. The bedroom is on the 3rd floor (U.S. terminology) or on the 2nd floor (South America terminology). This means walking up steps. It was amazing! Let us check out 30 minutes late for no cost. There was a problem with the door not closing but as soon as we told her someone was there in 15 minutes

Perfect size for a couple. We never heard the neighbors upstairs. Lovely, tree lined street. In one direction is the metro, Safeway and coffee shop. In the other direction is the waterfront with many restaurants and things to do. Very walkable. When we arrived, there were no towels anywhere. But the host responded immediately and had towels sent over quickly. Beforehand I had inquired about pillows as I am allergic to feathers. But we could not bring our own as we were flying. The host had pillows delivered as well. The bed was very comfy. The kitchen was the perfect size. Had just the right amount of plates, silver ware and cookware. Nice, large tv I would highly recommend this property and this host!

Lucy was a great host with a very beautiful place. Would recommend to anyone that’s looking to stay in the dc area. Best place I’ve ever stayed.

I found Zhenni's listing by pure chance, and in a mini-crisis. It was graduation weekend in DC for me, and I had family visiting from all over for the occasion.. Our existing AirBnB turned out to be disastrous, and in short, I had to find a replacement for my family as soon as possible. I came across this listing, reached out to Zhenni explaining my situation and urgency, and she confirmed the reservation ASAP, and allowed me to move in within one hour. Words fail to describe both the unit itself, and Zhenni's communication, responsiveness, attention to detail and personal touch. The unit was flawless, spotlessly maintained, gorgeously styled, with a great attention to detail (and a guidebook for guests to navigate the unit). Every supply and items (towels, bedding, linen, bathroom supplies) amenities were provided for, and Zhenni went the extra length (at 11pm) to have celebratory drinks sent to the house at her cost. My experience was exceptional: I cannot recommend it more highly.

host was extremely proactive and gave us plenty of information before checking in. they followed up with us the day after to ensure everything was satisfactory. tea, coffee, fully equipped kitchen, laundry soaps and bathroom soaps. house was clean and looked just like the photos. walkable to all the great shops and restaurants, quick drive to all the other local things we wanted to do in dc and georgetown. overall great stay.

A+++ Host Great location Fun house I misunderstood and thought there were four bedrooms instead of three bedrooms with a ballroom that could be turned into a bedroom but didn’t have a door. Nevertheless, we were wonderfully comfortable and we had a fantastic host.
