New accommodation in a chalet in the middle of the woods

We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

1 to 14 people. Very nice house, with pool, terrace with dining area and large plancha, ideal for groups of friends or families. Large lawn for ball games, kite flying, or other. Wooded garden with hammocks, slide, swings and trampoline. Located in a village, 45 minutes from the Futuroscope and the Loire Valley castles, with 5 bedrooms for 2 to 5 people, it is in a quiet area. Exclusively non-smoking and no pets. I practice French Sign Language a little.

Amy and William are very attentive, responsive and concerned about the well-being of the guests they welcome. Thank you very much for this basket of delicious treats that was waiting for us on the table! Their cottage is beautiful, tastefully renovated and equipped with everything you could need for a stay. The bedding is very comfortable, the bedrooms are spacious. The exteriors are very pleasant: the cottage is equipped with 2 private terraces at the front and back of the house; this allows you to always have a shady corner to relax; as well as large common areas equipped with games and activities. During our stay, the weather was summery; and what a pleasure to return to the house that remains cool! We had a great family weekend there and we will definitely come back to visit the area. You who read us, go there with your eyes closed: it is one of the best cottages we have stayed in. Well done Amy & William! Thanks again for everything.

Olivia is an amazing host! Available, a warm human relationship, an exceptional ease of communication! The accommodation is very pleasant to live in for a short or long period (for us it was a short one). You feel really good there, it is decorated with great taste, everything is impeccable, functional, the bedroom, the bathroom, the open kitchen, the furniture make you have a wonderful time in the home. It is a house with character, due to its structure, its stones, its exposed beams, the stairs leading to the floor. The village is very charming and beautiful. Everyone takes care of it and it shows. The "bistro" is really worth a visit. Many sites around to visit and to stroll. I highly recommend Olivia's home and the placement of the village of Faye-la-Vineuse. Thank you for this welcome and availability. Go ahead, you won't be disappointed. Céline and Vincent.

We had a great stay with the family (there were 13 of us). The house is very nice, spacious, tastefully furnished and has a large quiet garden. The region is also rich in discoveries! We had a lovely time. The pool was great and clean, we had it to ourselves most of the time. The garden is more of a park of size and completely usable, which was mega. With a little drive, all the sights on the Loire are easily accessible. With children we recommend visiting the Futuroscope adventure park! The host was easily accessible, polite and friendly, also speaks good English!

Exceptional place with a peaceful and rural setting. Fully equipped and new cottage. The bedding is excellent and comfortable. The exterior offers a large garden with barbecue for summer evenings with the family. The interior has a crazy character with these tiles and white stone. Air conditioning, large TV, fully equipped kitchen, nothing to say. All that's missing is a petanque court, and I think we can easily settle in this timeless place and stay there for a very long time. Thank you to Eric and Adeline for their kindness. I will come back and highly recommend this cottage.
