If we could give his a 10 star rating, we would! This villa is gorgeous, privately located on a hilltop just a short 10 minute drive to the port of Agios Nikolaos. The view is beyond breath-taking, and pictures do it no justice! The hostess is incredible, greeting you at the property and walking you through the home. She kindly gave us beach and restaurant recommendations and even gifted us a can of local olive oil on our departure! It is the perfect place for privacy and quiet yet within a quick drive of all the beaches, restaurants and activities. It is great for a couple or small family (we have 1 child and it was perfect for us). The heated private pool is a massive bonus - we ended our days swimming under the stars. All the magic of Crete is in this location ~

Super Unterkunft welche ich unbedingt empfehle. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Den Strand hatten wir sozusagen für uns. Eftychia war immer gut erreichbar, mega hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Als Willkommensgeschenk hat sie uns frisches Gemüse, Früchte und Wein bereitgestellt. Alles war perfekt.

Snorkelling paradise! Nikos and the Stone House were both great. The house is small, but has everything you need, with the pool and BBQ area where we spent most of our time, and the steps down to the sea lead to a perfect spot for snorkelling, where we saw all sorts of types of sea life. Nikos was there with everything we needed, including recommendations of beaches / restaurants etc. Ierepetra is a much nicer town than people say and the Stone House is a 5 minute drive into town. You could walk, but we didn't. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful house and garden, incredible location, amazing views. We stayed 2 adults and two children (7 and 9), sleeping on the main bed upstairs + the convertible sofa downstairs. It's not a big house, but if you, like us, appreciate some compact living, I can totally recommend this place also for a family with children. A truly unique experience!

Abbiamo alloggiato da Paola a inizio ottobre e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’alloggio era fresco sebbene le giornate fosse calde e non abbiamo mai avuto bisogno del condizionatore. La vista esterna era bellissima e si poteva consumare il pasto seduti ammirando tale panorama. L’alloggio era fornito di tutto ciò che può servire in vacanza e Paola è stata subito pronta a spiegarci tutto sul l’alloggio e la zona dandoci anche tanti consigli utili per fare la spesa o per locali dove consumare un buon pasto. L’alloggio era pulito ed era presente un cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani oltre che alcune piccole cose per la casa. Dall’alloggio si raggiunge tranquillamente a piedi il paese e i locali in una strada non pericolosa. Si possono raggiungere anche diverse spiagge. La nostra vacanza da Paola è stata eccezionale.

Nous venons de passer 13 jours en Crète et en revenons enchantés. L'appartement proposé a été conforme à nos attentes et aux photos sur le site. Excellentes vacances dûes à la localisation et à l'accueil de nos hôtes. Quelle vue magnifique depuis la terrasse, encore plus belle qu'elle n'y paraît sur les photos. La mer présente des reflets avec différents bleus à couper le souffle. Quel plaisir le matin de déjeuner avec le lever du soleil. Un vrai paradis ! L'endroit est calme au milieu de la nature. La célèbre plage de sable de Voulisma est accessible à pied en moins de 15 minutes. Appartement très propre, cuisine bien équipée et très bonne literie : important. Situation idéale pour visiter Agios, Sitia, Lerapetra, Elounda. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Dimitri malgré notre arrivée tardive et petits biscuits pour le lendemain. Sa femme nous a donné plusieurs fois des légumes, et même petits cadeaux avant le départ. Hôtes disponibles, discrets et vraiment charmants !

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Als wir ankamen war der Kühlschrank hoch gefüllt, was uns sehr entgegen kam. Wir haben mehrere Tage davon essen können. Aufgrund der Nebensaison waren die Tavernen leider geschlossen und wir mussten immer das Auto bewegen, um eine zu finden. Das war uns im Vorhinein so nicht ganz klar. Die Unterkunft ist ideal gelegen um den Osten und die umliegenden Städte zu erkunden. Auf der Dachterrasse konnte man problemlos einen Nachmittag in der Sonne verbringen und abends gab es fantastisches Licht beim Sonnenuntergang. Es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Überall hat man dann noch kleine Gadgets gefunden oder Gesellschaftsspiele. Lediglich das kleine Bad und die sehr weichen Betten in der oberen Etage waren nicht ganz nach unseren Vorstellungen, aber der Rest der Unterkunft war so schön, dass man das leicht übersehen konnte. Wir haben Tipps für die Gegend bekommen und die Vermieterin war immer erreichbar. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter!

Me and my family had a wonderful time at Maria’s. The private balcony was amazing. Maria was a wonderful host providing us with lots of snacks and was very communicative. This is a great stay for a relaxing holiday. We would definitely stay again!
