Very functional space, simple, has everything you need. Lots of construction in the area currently (2025) But will be very nice after those are complete. Lots of great kitchen devices, tools, spices for cooking and a really great shower. Lovely windows you can open from multiple directions. Private. Easy access and parking. Great explanation with photos for check-in. Nice stay

Wonderful place. The room has everything, and even more. The complex is gorgeous. Lots of swimming pools, restaurants , gated area. The most beautiful beach is just a short walk away. The apartment is comfortable in autumn, a magnificent terrace. The old town is a 20-minute walk away. I fell in love with the complex, I will come again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation 🩷

Very nice and friendly host. He met us in person despite our late arrival. He helped with parking. The apartment is spacious. Everything is available in the new house. Almost in the center. Close to the sea. There is no parking, but you can easily find a place near the house.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was walking distance to old town Sozopol with a gorgeous view of the sunset. There is a bit of stairs, so be mindful. It was away for most of the city noise, but you can hear some music at night (if you want the evening breeze). The place was well organised and equipped. Lovely setting with perfect level of comfort and worth throughout price. Suitable for couple getaway or family vacation.Hopefully, we would be back rather sooner than later.

The place was clean and new. In a communicative location, close to the main street. It had all the necessary electrical appliances. The only issue was the noise. There was a establishment in the vicinity and the music was high until 11pm. We were happy with the place and the owner.

We had a great stay at this apartment. The south beach of Primorsko is just a short walk away. And we thought that beach was perfect: long shoreline, few cafes, dunes, vast spaces to lay your own towels down and just enjoy the serene scenery and transperent water. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It's big and well-furnished. The balconies are super pleasant. It is in the very center of town, so everything is close by. The host was very easy to talk to. The only problem was the cigarette smell at night. I am not sure if it came from the vents, the open windows, or the apartment itself... Other than that, I highly recommend this accomodation.

Spent 4 weeks enjoying this perfectly located accomodation, kitchen equipped with every utensil. White goods and work space all up to scratch, plus friendly bar staff over road who assist with the included parking spot. Beautiful beach right over the road, and perfect distance from Main Street, but away from most traffic noise. Nikolo and friends ensured any issues were resolved immediately and to the highest standard, would sincerely recommend this property for young families, couples or even solo travellers. Can’t beat this Airbnb in Primorsko!

Hosts are great! We have absolutely no remarks, we will repeat the stay again. Location is great, the apartment is stocked with everything you need.

Easy check in, was directed to the apartment. Apartomentos services are great and good. The apartment is clean and bigger than the photos. The apartment was well-equipped. Even though the apartment was right next to all the services, they didn't disturb, there was nothing in the apartment. Really close to the beach. We will definitely stay again. Highly recommend! We stayed for 2 weeks.

lovely stay, the apt complex is beautiful with 3 pools and plenty of sunbeds available. The apt itself is perfect for a couple or a couple with a small child and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great with plenty of restaurants nearby and the beach only a few minutes walk. would defo recommend.

Great stay- easy access in the Hotel Iris- keys were at reception. Nice pool and balcony to relax in the evening. Really handy to have the beach close by great location. A little tricky to have the shower and WC together but it’s ok.

Julia was a wonderful host! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, thanks to her helpful assistant. The property was small but clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. The location was great, in a quiet residential park. However, finding parking could be tricky during peak summer season.
