Thank you so much for hosting me in your beautiful apartment. The space is incredibly chic, clean, and comfortable — I looked forward to coming back each evening to relax. The blend of sleek modern touches with the preserved antique charm of the building was done so tastefully; it perfectly reflects the character of the town. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe and at ease throughout my stay. The hosts also provided helpful recommendations for transportation and boat tours, which really enhanced my trip. I’m very grateful for this stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kotor!

There is absolutely nothing you could fault with this stunning apartment in the centre of Kotor overlooking the cathedral. We were met at the main Sea gate of the old town and Karolina assisted with luggage and accompanied us to the apartment. A beautiful outlook over the town, restaurants and mountains from the beautifully furnished living area. Although you are in the centre of town, you have the choice to open your double glazed windows and listen to music and the sounds or close them and have complete quiet. The bedrooms are positioned at the rear of the apartment. They are quiet and allow for a perfect nights sleep. Everything has been considered, even a filtered water dispenser was supplied in the apartment, which was greatly appreciated. This apartment is perfection. We would highly recommend staying at this superb apartment in Kotor.

My stay at these beautiful apartments was exceptional! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the old town and the beach. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and felt right at home. I highly recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future!

We stayed here for a week and we are coming back next year! What an amazing apartment, Sonja was super helpful, we asked for sun lounger cushions and we had them the next day. Great place, Zorica was very helpful with her recommendations on where to visit, and quick responses, highly recommend the place. The view from the balcony is outstanding, and the apartment itself is very comfortable, clean with all amenities working.

Nikoleta was so extremely helpful with the thorough check in instructions she sent through prior to our stay, making the check in process stress free and easy. Nikoletas apartment had the most breathtaking views and was nice and modern, clean and in a great location.

We can highly recommend staying here. The apartment is spacious, with a view of both the mountains and the sea, and is located within an easy walk of Budva’s coffee shops, beaches, restaurants and supermarkets, even Old Town is only 15 mins away. Just be aware that it is up a _lot_ of stairs to come back up (but they keep you fit!) And Arkadiy is a great host - he was very helpful and friendly, when we found a few small things broken, he fixed them immediately. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again. Elena's place is outstanding! Located on the waterfront in Lepetani it has a fabulous view and just a stone's throw from the ferry to Kamenari. The house/apartment itself is fabulous, super-modern, furnished impeccably, with all the amenities you might need, and squeaky clean. The location was great because you get to feel like you are in a small village but within a few minutes drive you can be in downtown Tivat. It's also fun to take the ferry (free for pedestrians) over to Kamenari (a 6-minute crossing) and try out the restaurants on the other side. Elena is probably the best host I have met through AirBnb. She is super friendly, very, very responsive, very accommodating, and had a TON of suggestions for what to see, where to eat, etc. We loved staying at Elena's place and miss it already. All-in-all a five-star stay!

Thank you for the friendly and quick help in every situation. Jelena and Nikola managed to make our vacation a highlight despite the late arrival and personal start-up difficulties. The two are super nice and friendly without being intrusive. The boat trip with Nikola was great! The house is located in a nice fishing village, the sea right at the doorstep. You can hear the ferry and the road, but they didn't bother us. The ferry is free, we used it for shopping and restaurant visits. Thank you for the great. Stay! We'd love to come back!!

A real corner of paradise, I confirm all the previous positive comments! Such a human-scale, calm and flowery environment, with direct access to the sea from the pretty terrace, without a road to cross, is absolutely unique in Montenegro. The accommodation is very well supplied and maintained. Jelena was proactive and very available. We had an unforgettable stay 😊

Aleksandra was an amazing host. Even before we arrived, she provided us with lots of recommendations and helped arrange transport from the airport. Throughout the stay they were extremely proactive with any questions we had, and also with helping us schedule cabs. The views were incredible, and the villa was gorgeous in every room. I would definitely recommend, we had an amazing time and would love to stay again if we find ourselves in Kotor in the future. Thank you so much!

Lovely accommodation. Just as described. House lovely and cool if you need a break from the heat. I read a review from someone about no access to the private swimming jetty. Ignore them - if there are other guests staying in adjacent accommodation then you share with them, but there is plenty of room, plenty of comfortable sun loungers and parasols so don’t let that put you off. The bay is fantastic to swim in and access to the jetty is so close we had access to our own amenities. Anita is very friendly and helpful, and really quick to respond to messages. We were met by Grandma and we got by fine speaking French. Coffee, tea, basic seasonings, shampoo, body wash, hand wash, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets & laundry powder all provided. Kotor itself extremely busy, particularly during the day. Loads of cruise ships but also bus tours so the traffic is a nightmare. Cable car worth a trip as is the serpentine if you have a car. We only went into Kotor after 6pm. Recommend highly.

What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

We stayed in Bigova in august and it was a very quiet and typical place, far from overcrowded beaches and super touristic cities in Montenegro. There is only one bar, one tiny supermarket and some nice spots to chill around the bay. The apartment is great, fully equiped and the terrace view is fantastic. The kitchen is quite small, especilly fridge, that could be annoying if you stay there a week, but that was ok. Danijela answered all the questions very fast and was helpful.

Couldn’t recommend Nick’s apartment enough. My best friends and I stayed here for a week and couldn’t believe how beautiful the view is. The existing photos do not do it justice, it is truly spectacular and the windows, French doors and balcony allow you to really enjoy it. Our stay was totally painless and we were even shown into the property on arrival to understand everything and make our stay super comfortable. The only point of consideration is if you’re driving from the airport to the property make sure you take main roads as Google may take you via the country hills and this is quite scary for the average driver!

Highly recommend staying here for your own slice of beautiful Budva old town! The location is PERFECT and instructions made it easy to find. It's on the smaller side but perfect for 1 or 2 adults. The outdoor patio is lush and I loved drinking coffee there in the mornings and wine at night. Would definitely stay again, really relaxing place.

The stay was very nice! The view from the balcony is enchanting. In general, we felt very comfortable. Only the speed of the Wi-Fi could be improved

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

Great accommodation - beautiful view of the water. Bed is very comfortable. Good starting point to walk to Perast or to explore the opposite by car. At the beginning of June, the season seems to be starting slowly. There was everything you need in the area.
