Квартира даже лучше чем на фото, есть абсолютно всё, что может понадобится для проживания, в том числе очень вкусный кофе. Определенно хотела бы вернутся:)

Ich war fast eine Woche in Budva, in Marija‘s Wohnung. Alles war vorhanden für ein angenehmen Aufenthalt - nichts hat gefehlt: ausreichend Küchenutensilien (inkl. entkalkter Wasserkocher und Zitruspresse), viele Handtücher :-). Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Auf dem Balkon entspannt sitzen mit Blick auf die Berge. Das Wohnhaus ist sehr ruhig und sicher. Das Bett ist bequem und ich habe bestens geschlafen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es eine Bäckerei und drei Supermärkte. Die Wohnung liegt nur 5 Minuten vom Busbahnhof. In Montenegro war ich mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unterwegs. Marija hat immer sehr schnell reagiert. Ich durfte auch früher einchecken - einfach alles perfekt! Für mich einer der besten Wohnungen, in denen ich übernachten durfte und komme gern wieder.

The view is even more spectacular than is shown on the listing. The apartment is very comfortable and offers excellent sleep quality even though the building is close to the road. The hosts are a delightful, and caring couple whom I had the pleasure of video chatting, as Demet was out of the country. I met her husband Thia in person, and is quite charming as well. They took care of me as a member of the family, and even arranged a private transfer from Tivat airport. Even though the old town restaurants, and the shops are about a fifteen minute kike down the hill, I discovered a short cut which didn’t involve stairs! Walk down the main road approximately 120 metres, and take the steep, one way street on the right! I am a very senior and was down at the water a number of times during my long stay at the apartment. I recommend Demet’s place to anyone visiting Budva, you will be glad you did.

Well furnished apartment equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Great location with a supermarket in the building and across the street from the beach. Absolutely fantastic and responsive host who was in touch before and during my stay. Very highly recommended.

Beautiful flat in a great location, 5 minutes walk away from the old town and beach, right in the centre of Budva. Boris was very welcoming and helpful host. We will be back!

A wonderful apartment: cozy, clean, comfortable, with a nice renovation and a fully equipped kitchen. The sea is a 10-minute walk away, and the nearest store is right across the street. The host is very friendly and always available if you need anything. We spent 2 months here and would be happy to come back!

Mima and Neda's place is spacious, clean and very comfortable. It has one of the most beautiful views I've seen from an Airbnb property - across Kotor Bay. The balcony has a handy retractable awning so you can decide whether you want sun or shade. Wonderful. You can walk to Kotor Old Town in around 25 minutes; it's just worth knowing that it's a steep uphill walk on the way back.

Stefani was an excellent host who really went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment was squeaky clean and we really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony looking at the amazing views over Budva the bay and surrounding mountains, which was equally beautiful during the evening as during the day. We also loved the swimming pool which was great to hang out by when we’d had enough of the crowds and travelling. The big king sized bed was very comfortable and we were grateful for the easy, free car parking space just outside the apartment. The old town, restaurants, shops, boat trips and beaches are all walkable from the apartment, (made much easier by knowing where the shortcuts are!) but the apartment is positioned in a quiet neighbourhood away from the busyness. There are handy little supermarkets nearby. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend to other travellers. The apartment is great and Stefani is an exceptional host!

Our four nights stay at the apartment was great. The place is small but it’s enough for 2 people. The apartment is freshly built/renovated and it was very clean. The only little inconvenience was the super loud sound coming from the bathroom ventilator, which annoyed us a little bit, but it was not a big problem for a 4 nights stay. We could easily walk from the apartment to the city center and it’s less than 10 minutes walk to the bus station. I recommend it!

Quedarse en el departamento de Ana es estar como en casa. Todo estaba limpio, ordenado, con rico aroma. El departamento tiene todo lo que necesitas y más también! Solo te hace falta comprar algo para comer, lo demás lo tenés todo. La ubicación es óptima: a 2 cuadras de la estación de bus de Budva, a 7 minutos a pie del centro más histórico y a 10/15 de las playa, dependiendo de cuál elijas. En los alrededores hay supermercados, restaurantes, panaderías, kioskos, etc. Ana nos escribió, nos dio indicaciones de cómo llegar, nos dejó ingresar un rato antes del check in ya que el departamento ya se encontraba vacío y limpio, lo que nos vino bien porque llegamos a Budva más rápido de lo que el bus indicaba! Además, siempre se mostró predispuesta, nos respondía muy rápidamente y de una forma muy amigable. Ojalá podamos volver a Budva. Si lo hacemos, sin duda elegiríamos el departamento de Ana nuevamente. Mientras tanto, lo super recomendamos!!!

This place was even better in person: aesthetically pleasing, modern, clean, cozy, spacious, amazing views and a thoughtful charceuteri upon arrival. We ended an 11-day trip through Croatia with a final stop in Budva, Montenegro. This was intended to be our wind-down stop, and the unit and space really did allow for that (plenty of space to spread out and relax comfortably). Admittedly, Budva was the only destination we did not like on our entire trip and would not recommend, but we did absolutely love the unit. If you visit, plan to spend a day or most of your time in Kotor Bay.

Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage, als Ausgangspunkt in Budva zu empfehlen, gleichzeitig aber auch privat und ruhig durch die günstige Wohnlage und eine eigene Sitzecke im Garten. Für unser Auto hat Dragica einen Platz auf dem Parkplatzgelände direkt vor dem Haus für unsere Aufenthaltszeit gebucht. In Budva nicht zu unterschätzen. Die Vermieterin und ihre Familie waren sehr gastfreundlich und nett. Die Wohnung und der Hof sehen sehr anheimelnd aus, man fühlt sich wohl. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Where do I begin? In search of a private and peaceful escape from the overly crowded sense I sometimes feel when traveling, I was beyond fortunate to find Mira’s place. A true hidden gem nestled between Perast and Kotor. From beginning to end, Mira made sure my mind felt at ease. From allowing me to check in early, to having her son, Danilo, pick me up from the bus station, I could have not wished for a better host. If you too are looking for an escape with plenty of areas to swim, or just a relaxing day settled in the jacuzzi, treat yourself with a relaxing stay here.

Booking this place is the best thing you can do for yourself. It’s extremely clean, beautiful, new and luxurious. It has everything you can possibly need and even more! The bathtub with the view on Kotor Bay is perfect. There’s a place to park. The communication with the host was great as well. Happy we ended up here!

Aneta was an incredible host she personally came to pick us up from the airport, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The house was absolutely stunning, exactly as described but even better in person. It offered breathtaking views of the sea, and we enjoyed a couple of swims during our stay. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with every amenity we could need. Aneta was extremely helpful throughout our visit, and I would highly recommend staying here.

I cannot speak highly enough of Karen. He was the best host we have ever had the privilege of being welcomed by. Nothing was too much trouble. Karen was communicative from the outset, sharing a wealth of local information which was so helpful, he also helped us with restaurant bookings too. Karen went above and beyond, by taking us to the supermarket when we arrived so we'd have a stocked kitchen. Thank you so much! I would urge you to stay at Karen's beautiful apartment if you are considering a trip to Montenegro!

The apartment has everything you need for a family with an infant or toddler, from a crib to baby chair, washing machine and dishwasher. The host was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and felt at home. The only recommendation for the host is to get rid of some of the furniture. When looking for a place, the address didn't show up on Google maps, so please create a pin for your Airbnb, so people can find it easily.
