Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Preveza

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der hübschen Wohnung. Es hatte alles zu bieten, was wir brauchten. Sehr zentral und viele exquisite Restaurants. Konnten uns sehr entspannen und im nahe gelegenen Meer (wenige Minuten mit dem Auto) baden.

Efstathios place was great. Amazing view. Very clean. The place is practically brand new. Very spacious. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.. we were close to Lefkada town, very convenient location. Would definitely recommend to others. Would stay there again.

I more than recommend the place. It’s like a small part of heaven and everything was perfect. The house, the garden, mister Eftichios who offered us a warm welcome, good communication, olive oil, fresh strawberries, eggs from his chicken and the company of his lovely dog Yanis who made us a bit sad because we left. Thank you for everything ☺️

We had a wonderful week in George's villa, starting with a warm welcome from his lovely mum who showed us around. We were then left in peace for the rest of the trip, although George always responded quickly when we sent him questions. The villa is even nicer than the pictures, great AC and plenty of towels. It is atop a hill, with no other villas or roads close by, so you're not overlooked and the view is breathtaking. We didn't hear traffic noise or even dogs barking at night, you feel tucked away in your own private space. The pool is perfect, and stays really clean thanks to the infinity design. The loungers are comfy with the grapevine shade. We used the outdoor BBQ and sat out on the terrace every day, though if you're eating outside you will attract some flies. The location is rural, so there were lots of bugs outside and occasionally inside - not a problem, but something to be aware of and bring insect repellent! There are screens on doors and windows to keep them out.

Een ontzettend fijne plek. We kwamen erg laat aan en zelfs nog vertraging maar dit was totaal geen probleem. Telefonisch contact gehad en Chris kwam ons snel uitleggen en ons naar binnen begeleiden zodat we onze dochter op bed konden leggen. Het was erg schoon en het privé zwembad was super. Nu was toevallig de tweede villa niet verhuurd dus nog meer privacy maar ook als dat wel zou zijn heb je genoeg privacy. Tip voor het eiland: Huur een auto. Het huisje is een perfect punt om vanuit daar alle kanten op te kunnen. Enige tip is wat meer theedoeken en vaatdoeken voor de keuken.

The villa is set in a very peaceful setting but it is not isolated with lovely places to eat just a couple of minutes walk away and opposite a place where you could hire bikes and water activities equipment as well as go for a drink, play pool and board games and swim in their larger beautiful pool. Having this across the street was a real bonus as we could go for a drink after eating and we had a lot of fun with the people that run the bar and the locals that also go there most nights. The villa is ideal for families and Nikos was always responsive to anything we asked with lots of recommendations for places to go, beaches, restaurants and anything else we asked about. The villa is very well equipped and he even supplied insect repellent tablets and things to burn outside. Overall I would really recommend this accommodation.

I read a previous review that mentioned the word soul and indeed this place has soul. It is an old family holiday home built in the sixties on a large parcel of land right on the water surrounded by shade giving trees. Down a few steps to a private swimming spot is perfect. If you want a modern facility forget it but if you’re after an authentic, private and relaxing place this is it, an oasis away from the chaos of Nydri and surrounds. We enjoyed a week here and didn’t want to leave. The well appointed kitchen meant we could cook for ourselves each day. We left relaxed and refreshed. Caterina is an excellent host, very helpful and communicative. Many thanks.

We made some wonderful family memories at Katerina’s place. The house is not only tastefully decorated but the finishing is excellent. The daily housekeeping is a delightful and helpful extra. The place was a bit tricky to fun but Katerina was a star and met us at the road to guide us right to the front door. My 2-year old had so much fun at the pool or walking around the garden. Katerina also gave us recommendations for restaurants and how to get to the beach. We didn’t want to leave and she again was very kind to allow us a late checkout. We want to be back there now!

If you're looking for peace and tranquility in an immaculate home with killer views, Pure Blue cannot be beat. Athani is definitely off the beaten path and it is a beautiful village close to 3 of the most stunning beaches I've ever seen. A car is recommended to get to these beaches so plan accordingly! We would definitely book here again!

Baggelis house is wonderful. The location is superb, great sunsets every evening from the balcony and the beach 20m from the front door. Baggelis was a wonderful host and great with communication and offering advice on places to visit and eat. His mother who lives downstairs is so lovely she even helped me wash my car! Can’t wait to come back. Thanks Baggelis.

A villa egy csodálatos szálláshely, ahol minden adott a tökéletes pihenéshez . Tágas kétszintes lakás , fantasztikus kilátással a tengerre. Hatalmas teraszok, ahonnan minden reggel megcsodálhatod a napfelkeltét. Csend, béke honol, a villa a nyugalom szigete! A házigazdák segítőkészsége pedig mindent felülmúl , mintha egy rokonhoz érkeznél vendégségbe. Biztos hogy még visszatérünk!

We had a really great week at Nektarios’ place! It’s a really peaceful spot with a beautiful view of the bay, and some lovely taverna’s aswell as the beach within 5 minutes walk. It was a convenient base for exploring Lefkada although a car is an essential. Nektarios was a super helpful and friendly host, and would definitely recommend staying here. We’re already thinking about a return trip to Lefkada!

An exceptional location. I am very lucky that I had the chance to stay there on vacation. The house is gorgeous, the beach is wonderful, without many people. Everything is superlative. And Angeliki is an absolutely wonderful host. Thank you.

Wir hatten eine wunderbar ruhige und erholsame Woche in der Vorsaison, inmitten einer traumhaften landschaftlichen Umgebung und Kulisse. Etliche Locations waren noch geschlossen - umso mehr haben wir die gastfreundliche lokale griechische Küche genossen! Dier Kontakt zu Evi war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich und ihre digitalen Tips waren sehr hilfreich. Wir können uns eine Rückkehr sehr gut vorstellen!

I am very fussy. I spend hours perusing AirBnB looking for the perfect place.. THIS IS IT. Aspasia and her mother really care about their guests in a natural unobtrusive way. They are very special. The apartment is stylish but does not compromise on looks for comfort. It is very comfortable and everything you could possibly need is provided. All basic cooking provisions and some lovely surprises! The sea is right outside and it is possible to swim there but a two minute walk along the edge of the sea will take you to a gently shelving sand/shingle beach where you can easily enter the sea. The sea was beautifully clear and we saw lots of fish. We stayed a week and had a hire car to go around the island (recommended). We are out in the taverna's close to the apartment every night and really enjoyed them. if you are looking to stay in Lefkada - Stay here.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλό σημείο ελάχιστα έξω από την πόλη της Λευκάδας οπότε είναι εύκολη η πρόσβαση σε όλες τις περιοχές του νησιού. Παρέχει οτιδήποτε χρειαστείτε και είναι πολύ καθαρό. Η φιλοξενία ήταν εξαιρετική, άμεση απάντηση σε οποιαδήποτε απορία. Αν ξαναπάω στην Λευκάδα σίγουρα θα προτιμήσω να μείνω πάλι εκεί.

We had a wonderful stay at Konstantinos & Niki’s place. It surpassed our expectations - the pictures don’t do the space justice! A perfect place for friends or family to hangout as there is plenty of room, with many communal areas to use. The pool and outside kitchen area were our favourites. We were also impressed with the quality and amount of the kitchen items available and the white goods. Niki was so helpful and always responsive if we needed her and gave some great recommendations for restaurants etc. Thank you again.

We wanted to see how Lefkada looked in winter, so we rented Kostantinos’s villa. We loved it because it allows pets, has central heating, is spacious, and has a beautiful garden. We loved our stay there also because it was very quiet and relaxing.

Quite possibly the best villa and location for a quiet and special get away from it all! Sivota is very pretty and has a beautiful marina with many restaurants; lots of villas dotted around the surrounding valley. Most are a bit tricky to get to by car as the lanes and tracks are narrow and stoney, this one is no different as you negotiate the approach. A few trips and you get to used to it though. The villa itself has direct access by foot to the harbour which is a great plus, literally a few minutes and you’re in the owners restaurant which is also fabulous! Elena welcomed us, showed us around, gave us lots of good recommendations for the whole island. We couldn’t have asked for a friendlier host! The villa is perfect! We loved the views, the decor, the pool and especially the private sea access which we used every day for invigorating swims and snorkeling. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, lots of thoughtful touches and welcome goodies. Great villa, superb location!!

Lovely peaceful location up in the hills, Villa Del Sol is a great place to kick back and enjoy the beauty of Lefkada. With its central location, you can access all the beaches via car, with the best located on the west side of the island. The villa is comfortable, well equipped with everything you need to make your stay easy and comfortable. Nice veranda and terraced garden also provide lots of options for relaxing in the shade. Would thoroughly recommend.

The house is very nice and enough spacious for 6 people and 4 children (2 babies and 2 kids who are 3 and 5 years old). The beach below the house is very close and it is nice, with cristal clear water. The owners are discreet, we practically didn't see them for 10 days. There are a few things that could be better, though: undermatresses are made of polyester which makes bedsheets slippery; None of the taps in the showers is not working, which makes washing babies when changing diapers a bit complicated; The door handles are difficult to open and should be changed; The air-conditionin in the living room was broken (the water drops all the time) and the owner said the electrician would come tomorrow, but it didn't happen, so we didn't use it. Overall, a nice experience, with few things I would change.

We spent a wonderful week at Urania’s Luxury Villas on Lefkada – two adults and three children – and were truly amazed from the very first moment. The location is incredibly peaceful, surrounded by nature, with a stunning view of the sea. A beautiful walk leads to a small private beach – a real highlight. The villa itself is a dream: tastefully furnished, perfectly equipped, and filled with loving attention to detail. You can truly feel the special energy of this place – calming, inspiring, and simply unique. Urania is an exceptional host. Always available, warm, and thoughtful – yet never intrusive. Our children had the joy of painting Easter eggs and baking crêpes with her – an unforgettable experience for all of us. We will definitely be back. Thank you for letting us experience this magical place!

Ons verblijf bij Key Villas was ronduit fantastisch! Olga is een ontzettend vriendelijke en warme hostes die ons erg fijn heeft ontvangen en geholpen. De villa was prachtig van zowel binnen ala buiten met alles erop en eraan. Het uitzicht was adembenemend. We komen zeker nog eens terug.
