Close to the A43 Lyon/Chambéry/Geneva axis, 1 hour from Grenoble. Close to all amenities, zoo, Walibi, hiking and horseback riding, mountain biking, ViaRhôna, Chartreuse Natural Park and Lake Aiguebelette with multiple activities: Swimming, paddles, tree climbing, canoeing, paragliding... We cultivate a pesticide-free garden and have animals: Australian Shepherd couple, female donkey, goats, apiary and low yard. Our 27 m2 accommodation is located on an independent and enclosed space.

The apartment is located in a rural setting, very quiet and relaxing with magnificent views of the mountains. The advantage of our residence " Aux champs Pressinois" is its location because while being in the countryside you will be close to major cities (1 hour from Lyon, 35 minutes from Chambéry, 50 minutes from Grenoble), the lakes of Paladru, Aiguebelette, Aix-les-bains and Annecy, as well as the mounting trails of the Chartreuse massif.

In the heart of an old tastefully renovated farmhouse, you will find private accommodation for 2–4 people. The master bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs, and a large living room includes the kitchen, living room, Zen area and other possible sleeping arrangements. Two terraces offer a variety of sunshine, and the stove will offer you its warmth in winter. You can access the relaxation area with pool table and foosball in an annex.

We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.
