We felt the Gite was better than the photos suggest with tasteful furnishings and artwork and was well appointed in all respects including the excellent pool. Andy and Annie were perfect hosts and had left for us some wine, charcuterie, bread and other useful items. Nothing was too too much trouble and whilst happy to give advice and be available when needed they respected our privacy. Would certainly stay again if visiting this part of France again.

This place is great - we booked mainly for the pool (which is superb, and has the most wonderful views across a meadow to the woodland) but the house far exceeded our expectations too. The photos really don't do it justice. The bedrooms are enormous and have very comfortable beds, and the kitchen is very well-equipped. The whole place is private and has a great feeling of spaciousness, and we felt very relaxed and peaceful. We will certainly return!

We had a lovely family weekend in Pierre-Olivier's house, we would have gladly stayed for a week! A beautiful setting, surrounded by nature, conducive to disconnection and the simple little things of life.

Location close to beautiful small villages, quiet and in nature Clean accommodation, with private hot tub on the terrace, excellent! Breakfast and dinner were excellent Hosts are responsive and adorable Recommended!

Joelle's house provides you with everything you need, excellent details in all aspects. Comfortable beds, details for all ages, toys, baby strollers, candles... all kinds of details that made us feel at home, even kitchen utensils, nothing is missing. Very practical and beautiful bathtub and shower. Pool and sun loungers, area for dogs. In short, a wonderful stay, pampered and cared for by Joelle♥️

The Bergerie is a haven of absolute peace and calm. The building is in great condition with shutters that work effectively on all windows and a built in air conditioning unit for when it's very hot. The furniture and kitchen utensils are rustic and look the part - don't expect the latest from Ikea here, although there is a modern kettle, fridge, oven and Phillips Senseo coffee machine (some coffee was provided for us - much appreciated). The bed was super comfortable and the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. Sitting outside on the terrace in the evening, the only sound was that of the birds - it was utterly tranquil and highly recommended if you're looking for somewhere to escape the stress of daily life. The village of Lalinde is charming with a range shops and bars. It's approximately 1 mile away, but a steep climb back if on foot or a bike. Our only regret is not booking for a longer stay.

Nathalie and Tim were such extraordinary hosts! My family and I had a wonderful time staying in their beautiful home! The house itself is perfect for cooking, relaxing, and spending time together. We were able to enjoy the wonderful gardens and the pool all day and watch the sunset from our patio each evening. Such a stunning and relaxing atmosphere. The best part was how well taken care of we felt all week. Nathalie helped organize a tour of local vineyards, scheduled a wine tasting by the pool, and cooked dinner for us all on 2 evenings. She also had great local restaurant and market recommendations! We also loved our morning chocolatines and croissants! They were extremely kind and accommodating throughout the trip - delivering bottles of wine when we ran short, lending us a pot so that we could cook a big stew one night, and even working a miracle helping me removing a grenadine stain from a white dress I bought at a local market. I can’t recommend this wonderful home enough!

Great place to stay for a quiet break in France. Village 10 mins drive for supermarket, restaurants etc. Fabulous gardens and pool. Gite has everything you need. Also a friendly cat and dog in the garden. Couple very helpful as had medical issues whilst staying. Thank you Iwona and Daniel
