The Beach House is perfect! All the amenities you will need and beautiful Lake Huron right across the street! The decorating is cheerful and the space is very well appointed - extra blankets, kitchen gadgets, beach towels - all the things we needed for our week's stay. Nicol was always quick to responsd to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!

The entire experience was great from the pre-stay communication. Todd was very responsive, checking in to see if the driveway needed plowed, offered to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a winter storm and he graciously was able to allow us another night with a later check out so we could leave at a safe time. Plan to return. Home was a great place to stay, and had comfortable sleeping as well as good appliances, etc. Highly recommend.

The hosts were great with very clear and accurate communication which i really appreciated. I had two questions upon arrival and they responded quickly. The house was very nicely redone. I really enjoyed the large dining table, cozy sectional couch, views of the beach, and the deck overlooking it all was great. The kitchen had everything needed and was well stocked. Only thing i couldnt find was a toaster. The rooms are smaller but nice w queen beds. The beds were very firm but not bad. Overall furniture in the space was great, felt new, beachy and not too busy. Basement had some spiders but thats expected. The full size private hot tub was awesome to have. Oh multiple ceiling fans including in the rooms were excellent to have as well. There are approx 40-45 steep stairs to go down to get to the beach, but it’s well worth it. Lake Huron might as well be the ocean, and the beach is walkable w endless rocks to find. House is only a few minutes to town so plenty to do and explore.

The house is comfortable and inviting, the bed we slept in was comfortable. There are plenty of towels and blankets. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to cook in. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet and watching birds from the deck, along the driveway, and on the nearby trail. The house is located not far from Alpena, which is fun to visit, and there are many parks and beaches nearby. It was nice to drive north as well, and to explore the Presque Isle area. We saw beautiful wildflowers and had gorgeous beaches to ourselves. (We visited in May.) we had a wonderful stay.

My husband and I couldn’t have been more pleased with this B&B!! It was exactly fit what we envisioned for our private little getaway following our wedding! Ashel’s home is decorated beautifully, comfortable and it’s situated perfectly between so many amazing spots to visit! The first set of stairs down to the beach are a bit of an… adventure, however they are completely manageable and worth the walk! My family enjoyed the property and beach so much during our stay! The countless fire pits along the property give you so many options to enjoy a bonfire and the water in so many ways! Ashel was an amazing host and so incredibly responsive to all of my communications!
