Holiday rentals with a patio in Presidente Franco

Excellent location, bus at the door, restaurants and shopping center. I have access, quick and uncomplicated check-in, very helpful and polite hosts, clean and well-equipped environment.

I have no words to express my gratitude for all the understanding, availability, flexibility and affection in understanding my emergency situation. It was amazing how they managed to help me and speed up everything so I could get to the place quickly. The condominium is beautiful, with excellent structure and security, with 24-hour concierge. The staff are extremely cordial and polite. The apartment is a real spectacle! Very well-planned, cozy, functional and impeccably clean environments. The location is also fantastic, with a wide variety of shops nearby, which we can easily access on foot. Next to the building is the Coralina bakery, which honestly, sometimes I had to cross to the other side of the sidewalk to resist the delights of this place!! Another place that is already our favorite is the Captain Bar and Restaurant, super recommended! We will definitely be back!

The apartment in person is bigger than it appears to be. It's beautiful and cozy. The private garden is huge. The location is very good. The host was super helpful and attentive. Returning to Foz, I definitely want to stay there again. Seriously people, they can book without fear…

Perfect apartment to visit Foz de Iguazu. Ideal location with shops, supermarket and restaurants nearby. The apartment is very nice and clean. It's well worth it. Also, if you visit the waterfalls, it's very easy to take an Uber from the apartment. The host is very kind and treated us excellently

The apartment is well clean, organized, powerful air conditioning, great TV. The condominium is new and not completely habitable, which makes it very quiet and great for home office workers. Great stay.

Large and beautiful house, easy access to the center, paraguay, argentina and city attractions. The hostess was very helpful and present, always asking if we needed anything and giving recommendations. The street is busy, but the house is very safe. Only left to be desired, for me, in the matter of lighting (a little dark the house, but it may be a matter of personal taste) and could have some extra cooking utensils (such as skimmer and silicone spatula). I will definitely come back if I have the opportunity!

The house was exactly as in the pictures, extremely clean and organized. The location is excellent, we had easy access to the falls and the bridge of friendship.

The children loved the pool and the horse stable that was near by! You could pay around 60 reais per person to ride the horses around the farm with a guide. The horses were super friendly perfect for the children to ride them alone. Near the house around a 10 min walk there is a wonderful lake with a deck. Perfect for sunrise and sunsets ! There is also a small local market right in front of the house. Moreover the house was spotless with wonderful furniture and the kitchen was spatular to cook in. Jose also responded to all the messages sent on time. This house is perfect for nature and animal lovers. Would definitely recommend this house !!! 😊😀

The stay was perfect. Arriving at the apartment I already felt at home, everything was very clean, fragrant and organized. New furniture and fixtures, air conditioning in the rooms, wonderful shower. Everything was as advertised, and it even exceeded expectations. We went as a group of 5 and had a great time.

Everything was very good with the Host. There was a small issue with the water during the stay but it was solved.

The apartment is very simple but very clean and organized. For a few days, it served us well. It had basic items like coffee powder, salt, etc., which makes all the difference. Communication with Ale was great and very fast, she even sent some tips for tours in Foz, I thought it was super cool. The building is well organized and quiet.
