Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Presidente Franco

we like it. Mr. Paulo and Mrs. Néia were attentive and gentle. They indicated us great places, the neighborhood is well located, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, near the border, cataracts and other tourist spots. for sure we will be tourists in Foz do Iguaçu again and stay in the same place.

The apartment is identical to that of the photo... The place is quite desert at night. And the fact that you have to interfere every time to get into the apartment and even the elevator annoys a little. The double bed is small and we find it a little uncomfortable for many days. But the apartment is very close to the friendship bridge and Paraguay. And there's a laundry room in the building that makes it easy. The host responds quickly and was very kind.

Apartment very well located, clean, with everything we need (only a few maintenance/blankets were missing, since the nights were cooler), near JL shopping mall, gas station that also has an attached bakery that works 24 hours (serving several types of meals, which made us very easy, especially in the breakfast of the morning), near pharmacy, near access to Paraguay, facial access to the Falls and Argentina, covered parking space, taxi bridge practically at the front (I recommend negotiating that it comes out for a good price), super attentive reception staff. Super recommend and we'll be back soon.

A charming stay! Paula is an excellent host. The service is excellent, very helpful staff, the very cozy facilities, all very clean and practical. I rested and also had fun, as the access to Blue Park and the view of the apartment with a huge balcony in front of the park's wave pool is sensational. I made the most of it. As I was there for work, the location was the main reason for choosing the accommodation... I crossed the street and I was there. But even if it's not for work, the location is good. There is a shop nearby and access to transportation in front of the building.

Brand new building in a fantastic part of town with tons of restaurants cafes a big super market, safe and really well equipped 5 stars!

Great Intermediate option between falls and eastern city

Clean and very organized place, comfortable bed, noisy place and very quiet neighborhood. We were close to several places we had planned to go. We arrived early and left later and had no problems paying just an additional fee. I always ask and quickly answer my questions! I recommend and would come back more often.

The duplex and the common areas are just like the photos, it is very important that the 2 rooms had air conditioning, the pool area and grill well equipped and pleasant atmosphere. The wifi worked well for us. Mauro and the staff of the place are super available to help you with whatever you need.

My stay in Foz do Iguaçu was amazing! The house is very cozy, spacious and well-equipped, providing all the comfort necessary for an unforgettable trip. The location is a great differential. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with nearby market, perfect to rest after a day exploring the beauties of the region. In addition, it is close to the main tourist spots, such as the Iguazu Falls, the Bird Park and the Itaipu Plant. The proximity to Argentina and Paraguay also made our tours and shopping much easier. Host Simone was attentive and helpful from the first contact, ensuring everything was perfect during our stay. I recommend this accommodation and I will definitely return in future visits to Foz do Iguaçu!

The house is very good and comfortable, we feel very good there. Everything is very good, clean and organized. It is a place that we would return at other times. It is close to the sights of the Falls, Bird Park and the border with Argentina, but in compensation it is farther away from the city center. For people who were going to attend these points more, it was a very good location.

The apartment has everything you need for a longer stay. I was there for 4 weeks to see the Iguacu waterfalls, the bird park, the Itaipu hydroelectric power station, the city of Foz do Iguazu with its churches and temples, the 3 country corner, the neighboring city of Cuidad del Este. The apartment is large (3 bedrooms), with good air conditioning and has a nice outdoor area with pool. The internet connection was good and fast. Supermarket "Supermercado Economico is only about 2 intersections away and within walking distance. With UBER and App99 all places in the city were easily accessible. The check in and check out were super flexible. I had a very nice stay. Thank you very much.

A great set up with the 2 casitas and the main kitchen area. Could (does) host events there. Nothing bad to say only great things. All 9 of us loved it.
