Our no-frills shepherd’s hut sits by the Drava River and a big wild meadow, just 4 km from Ptuj, Slovenia’s oldest town. Nature lovers (and friendly dogs) welcome! A nearby road offers easy access. Enjoy a BBQ lunch by the river, then relax as the sun sets, frogs sing, and stars light up the night sky. For the full countryside experience, earplugs are optional! Our magical cottage house lies on Hockem Pohorje at an altitude of 850m. Surrounded by the beautiful Pohorje forest and panoramic views, it’s location is truly idyllic. With an inbuilt private infrared sauna privat outdoor swimspa and hot tub, it offers heavenly relaxation for up to five people. Ski resorts Bolfenk and Areh are only a 10-15 min drive away, making our cottage the perfect stay for a winter break. . If visiting in the summer, there is plenty of opportunity for cycling and hiking .

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a mobile home for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it. So, if you are looking for nature, relaxing, reading, hiking etc... join us.

Unser Baumhaus hat einen eigenen Hundeauslauf von 300 qm mitten im Wald. Die vierbeinigen "Best Friends" können sich hier austoben. Die Freude für Mensch und Hund steht für uns im Mittelpunkt.
