To get outdoors or prepare for the many activities in the area, the Boudoir de Garance offers you a break in an elegant and colorful cottage, fully equipped and renovated in 2020. At the back of the house, the private terrace and garden invite you to relax.

My Preference Pool Sauna

You will stay in a comfortable cottage with an indoor pool heated to 30° all year round, sauna and treadmill, all in a beautiful 100 m2 room. Bed linen, bath towels and adult bathrobes are provided. Ideal for a relaxing or sporting holiday, possibility of tourist discoveries (15 minutes from Mt St Michel, 20 minutes from Granville, 20 minutes from St Malo, Cancale etc.) Discover the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, the Chausey Islands and its salt meadows sheep.

In the countryside, the nearest town is less than a 10-minute drive away and it is ideally located 30 minutes from Granville and St Malo. Discover the authenticity of the bay of Mt St Michel from this charming totally independent house set in a large refreshing wooded garden. 2 km from the house reach the greenway safely by a small road and discover the vast seascapes of the bay of Mont St Michel and their inhabitants ( sheep , rabbits, egrets, curlies, seagulls, water hens, ducks...) , atmosphere punctuated by the tides whose amplitudes are among the largest in Europe.

Gîte de la Maraîcherie (Garden)

Spacious and bright cottage for 6 to 10 people, 120 m2 (main part) and 10 m2 (outbuilding) in the heart of Mont-Saint-Michel Bay. A great place to visit, walk, rest… with friends and family. This charming stone cottage has been freshly and fully renovated, with 300 m2 of land. Ideally located, 5 min from Avranches, 20 min from Mont-St-Michel, 3 min from the A84. Sheets are optional at a price of €15 per double bed - €8 for single beds.

Small red house

10 km as the crow flies from Mont Saint Michel, this house has it all. Dependent on an old farmhouse, it was renovated in 2021 to accommodate 4-5 people (1 double bed, 1 single bed and a sofa bed for 1-2 people). Come and enjoy a corner of greenery close to many local tourist sites (Saint Malo, Dinan, Cancale, Rennes, Fougères, Granville, Chausey Islands, beaches, etc.). Leon's House

We offer for rent, in the village of Saint-Georges-de-Gréhaigne, this charming farmhouse. Renovated in 2024 and with an area of 90 m², it can accommodate up to 6 guests. It consists of a pretty 45 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, 1 bathroom, separate toilet and you can enjoy an outdoor area of about 100 m². Wifi, linens and towels included, all you have to do is drop off your bags!
