Holiday rentals with beach access in Prčanj

It was our second stay at George’s place and it was absolutely perfect!

We loved our stay with you Mira. The place is beautiful, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the view from the balcony to wake up to each morning is blissful. Thank you so much for picking us up from the bus station and dropping us off, too. Mira and her family are very friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. Our only regret is that we didn't book for longer! Thank you so much, we hope to stay here again in the future.

We had a lovely time at the apartment. The space is comfortable and is situated in a quiet spot on the Bay of Kotor. The surrounding area is quieter than some of the other bay areas but this was perfect for us. We loved sitting out on the ponta during the day. It was also nice to meet Jelena and her family. They kind gave us food and drink and stopped to chat when our paths crossed. A few things worth noting. Most places to eat take card but some require cash. Most cash machines will charge €4.99 for withdrawing cash. Instead of walking into old town there is a cash machine inside the Hotel Splendido which is 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The nearby restaurants offer the usual mix of Boka food - traditional meats, fish and pasta. We would highly recommend checking out the church in Prčanj which also does the best coffee and cake around.

A beautiful location with stunning views. The pool area is exceptional and a great area to relax away from the tourists. The flat is very spacious and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. A very spacious lounge and kitchen with stunning views over the bay. Zeljko was truly a great host with clear instructions and recommendations. I would definitely stay again. Thanks for a super stay.

We had a wonderful three night stay at Branislava's appartment. The house is very well kept and the view over the bay from the patio was beautiful. The swimming pool was a great bonus after a hot day of sightseeing. The walk to Kotor is about 1 hour but is all on the flat so well worth doing later in the day.

Beautiful place to stay, extremely peaceful private place to lay in the sun by the gulf of Kotor.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pearly’s apartment. The location was quiet and lovely, with private parking and great seafood restaurants just a short walk away. The place was spotless, very cozy, and the price was more than fair.

The view of the balkony was really nice. House was clean but we had some problems in hot water in the house. Olga tried to help for any kind of issues in any time slots of the day. She also suggested some restaurants and places to go. She was really kind. Thank you

We had such an amazing time at Zeljko's house. He is an amazing host, was very reliant and took great care of us. The house is very beautiful and quiet, with a great view and even access to a garden. We couldn't have found a better place in Montenegro.

Absolutely amazing stay. Fantastic host and family. The best location in Kotor and easy travel into the old town. We will be back in no time.

Ivana and Ivan are a very good team and very helpful. The house is very beautiful as seen in the photos, the sea is right in front of the house. The barbecue was useful and the garden was very large. In the season, if you do not have your own vehicle, transportation is a problem. I definitely recommend it for those looking for a house with a garden. I would prefer it if I came to this area again

Enjoyed my stay! Jovana organised her dad to pick me up which was very nice of them! Great views, clean and well equipped only thing is like much of budva its up a very steep hill so anyone with reduced mobility would struggle

Great stay ! We loved our time at Nensi's. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had all the amenities that any traveller could ask for and more ! We loved the luxury of having a washing machine, Nespresso machine and a cosy living space after a long time on the road. Added bonus of having a private parking space for the car and also that it's a super short 5 minutes walk to the old town. There is a shopping mall nearby should you need anything from the supermarket or pharmacy. The common terrace just off the living room was heavenly and perfect for breakfast before exploring the town.. Would recommend to everyone from a couple to a family for a stay. And we will be back again Nensi!!

Jovica and his family's house has an amazing location and an amazing pleasure area. We made the right choice to stay here. It was a wonderful experience to be by the sea. Everything was spotlessly clean and very attentive. Jovica and his family welcomed us very warmly, helped us a lot and made us feel at home. We had rented a car but it was great to have a meat and fish restaurant right behind the house and a restaurant with delicious shellfish just a short walk away! There is also a small market within walking distance of the house for basic needs. It was a wonderful experience to enjoy the sea during the day, the stars at night and the beauty of Kotor Bay. it's a very nice place, large enough for 2 people. It's in the old town but close to bus station. The bedroom has the view of the old city wall and the harbor, which is very nice. the bathroom equipped with wash machine, although has no dryer, the heated towel rack does the job.

Appartement was very nice, very close to the water. and the vieuw outside the window is like a chefs kiss. The host is very nice, friendly and responsive!

Great location and very comfortable bed. Walking distance to everything in old town. Room was lovely and cool (amazing aircon) and terrace had a beautiful view. We were allowed to check in early and Nikola was very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Would stay again!

Beautiful views, and a very clean and spacious apartment. Alex was great with communicating and provided detailed and clear institutions on the location. The apartment complex can be a little confusing with the numbers so the instructions were really appreciated. The view from the apartment is just incredible, be mindful that you are up high (hence the view) so lots of steps and on a hill, I wouldn't recommend for someone who struggles with lots of walking. The apartment has great air conditioning, really comfy beds, and just felt like home from home. The pool was a welcomed additional as the weather so really warm, nice pool area and again great views. We would definitely stay again. thanks

Very cute place right in the middle of old town. Was worried about noise but the windows block it from the street! Would stay again!
