After a day in the City, retreat back to our cozy guest space with private entrance, single-bedroom, and ensuite bath. Guest space is on the 1st floor and has multiple windows that fill the room with natural light, but also blackout curtains for when you're ready for some rest. The space is exclusively for our guests, but is within our family's shared home. Just a 10 minute walk from UM Medical Ctr, the stadiums, or a 20 minute walk from the Convention Center. 15 min drive to BWI airport.

Walk to the game - basement apt.

Recently renovated basement apartment only 10 minutes walk from the Ravens football stadium; 15 minutes stroll to Camden Yards. Only caveat of this comfortable and well-situated place: the ceilings are extremely low. If you're over 6 feet tall, you'll have to tilt your head. You've been warned!:-) But for the majority who fall under this threshold, you'll find a small yet cozy studio basement apartment with a deliciously-comfortable queen size bed, new bathroom, and small sitting area.

Spa (kept at a maximum of 104 degrees year 'round)--please provide 48 hours advance notice for use else it may not be available. NO lock on bedroom/bathroom---doorstop provided. NO parking in parking spaces, park on Grand Bend Dr (straight portion only). NO shoes in the house; socks or slippers are welcome! NO eating in the bedroom.

Minutes drive to Harbor. Close to the excitement but tucked away to enjoy peace and quiet. Easily accessible, located just off 95 and 295 hwy. Plenty of free street parking right in front of the home.

The room features a Cali King Bed, 40” tv, small table, reclining sofa chair, closet, desk/console, ceiling fan, full dresser, mirror, window AC during the summer.
