Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Pratovecchio Stia

Please do yourself the favor and book this space immediately. To call the home a palace would be an understatement. As a constant traveler, this is easily the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed at. Perfect view of the Uffizi gallery and river Arno. A 2 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio and many surrounding markets and Osteria’s. Frederico is an amazing host and now a good friend of ours. He accommodated us and was super patient when we were checking out. The home is extremely well curated with beautiful works of arts and sculptures. The living room area is a great big space with giant windows that can be opened and marble bath tub and shower. I will be dreaming of returning to see our friend Frederico in Florence very soon. He has a kind soul and was very warm with us. Side note: our favorite restaurant was the Osteria Toscanella. Only a 5 minute walk from the space. Please tell Tony from the Osteria that Richard and Geraldine from Texas say “Hola”!!! Everyone made us feel at home.

Mauro is an extremely helpful and kind host. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. The sacredness of the silence all around invites you to enjoy moments of peace and regeneration away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It was the ideal place to enjoy a weekend in contact with nature. We highly recommend it.

Great spot right in the middle of the action in Florence. The street numbers are confusing - the city has two buildings with the same street number - but Francesco was very helpful and was in communication with us directly until he personally let us into the building. The apartment was beautiful. Note that you do need to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, and the bathroom is in one of the bedrooms. While you do have privacy with doors closed, you would have to walk by a bed to get to the bathroom in the night. The laundry was SO convenient. Great stay!

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

This property is beautiful, clean, convenient, full of modern amenities, and within walking distance of everything a tourist wants to see in Florence. It is nearly perfect in every way. The view of the Ponte Vecchio Bridge is world class. One note: it advertises that it has a hot tub, but it does not.

This was an amazing stay. The flat has everything you could possibly want or need. You are surrounded by a peaceful garden, but can easily join in the lively activities of Florence within a short walk. Rossella is extremely hospitable and helpful. We definitely hope to stay here again and would 100% recommend this as a top choice for others.

Such a fun place to stay with an incredible rooftop terrace. The surrounding area is very local and there are a lot of hidden gem bar and restaurants. Dan was a fantastic host, super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here if you want a peaceful and local experience!

Marco is very sweet, he greeted us and explained basic house rules and is very responsive with questions. He gave us amazing food recommendations in Florence that we tried as well. The place itself is super nice, spacious, clean.

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

This was a lovely, centrally located and spacious apartment. Lots of stairs but there is also a small elevator - you can take multiple trips up with luggage. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The outdoor terrace was beautiful with flowers and a stunning view of the duomo. 2 bathrooms with one smaller than the other - typical euro bathrooms and they were clean. The a/c worked well. Walkable to everything. My only comment - which is not about the apartment itself - is that the area immediately surrounding the duomo wasn’t as pretty as I thought it would be. Duomo was gorgeous, but the immediate area felt surrounded with some shady characters. Next time we might try to stay near the piazza Santa trinita which felt more upscale. Carlotta is a great host and communicated clearly and frequently with local recommendations. I’d recommend this rental.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place. The quiet surroundings were perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of Florence. And it's still easily accessible by tram. Giacomo was a wonderful host and was always available. We truly enjoyed every day there.

David was a great host. Super responsive. Location was excellent. Apartment had lots of light. Close enough to everything, and just outside the zone of constant traffic. Quiet.

WOW, you will not be disappointed if you want a beautiful Tuscan view in a well appointed accommodation with thoughtful and responsive hosts. We were a week at Jane and Giampiero’s and were sad to leave when the time came, you can loose yourself here in the peaceful countryside. The beds and bedding were comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed for meal preparation, comfortable seating by a nice cozy fireplace, and outdoor seating. Jane was the supreme host, she made bookings for us, trip recommendations and more. There are too many positives to list, my best recommendation is to book - would love to go back.

Our stay in Teodorano was simply fantastic! The accommodation is super nice, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail – you immediately feel comfortable. Antonella, our host, was totally warm and made us feel immediately welcome with her open manner. Her husband was also super helpful and supported us with everything – both are just wonderful people. And best of all, Antonella is a fantastic chef! As a surprise, she even gave us something delicious for the onward journey – such a lovely gesture! We really enjoyed the time there and would definitely come back. Absolutely recommend!

Simply the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. Giampaolo is the best host. He has anticipated traveler’s every need with a well stocked home away from home. He provided valuable advice on area restaurants, bars, museums, etc. And the location is amazing! Everything is within walking distance and being able to open the windows and hear the sounds of this vibrant city was wonderful. Thank you Giampaolo for a terrific stay! We hope to be back soon!

Yes, it is spectacular for all the reasons mentioned by others. The frescoes in the rooms and loggia are most remarkable, and of great historical significance. There’s a manual on site that details all the history, and additional information can be found online on Wikipedia and elsewhere about the frescoes and the garden. Gian is a most excellent host. Martina was so kind and helpful, she even gave us a brief tour of the apartment upon check in. She ensured we knew where everything was located and she has a binder of any information needed. We enjoyed the seating area in front for breakfast and coffee. We loved how close the apartment is from the train station so we could walk to and from to save us time and some money. The location is very walkable to many restaurants, shops and sights. We loved that there is a grocery store near by and also a "sight seeing bus" stop around the corner. We found the bedding comfortable and the apartment felt safe. Everything is very nice and ready for guests who may decide to have a meal in vs going out too.

What a perfect apartment located steps away from the Duomo! It is so close to everything, but tucked away on a charming street so it is nice and quiet and the perfect respite after a day of walking around. Spacious, chic and spotlessly clean - our family of four felt super comfortable and absolutely loved our stay! The elevator made getting our luggage into the apartment seamless. And Giulio was extremely responsive to any of our questions and made check-in super easy, even including a generous welcome gift. We will absolutely return to this excellent apartment on our future visits!

We enjoyed our stay in Florence and this apartment was perfect for us. It was in a convenient location to walk to all the main sites and restaurants. It was very hot, so we enjoyed the air conditioning. It had all the amenities as outlined in the description. We wish there was an umbrella on the roof top patio so we could have enjoyed it more, however, we did sit out for early morning coffee and a late night glass of wine. Tatiana met us on arrival and reserved our taxi to the airport. We would recommend this apartment and would stay again.

Great central location, a few minutes walk from the central station and attractions. At the same time very quiet and private. Nearby is a small supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and larger than it looks in the photo. It has everything you need and even more. Decorated with taste and love. The process of check-in and check-out is very convenient. As experienced travelers and former residents of Florence, we wanted to be close but slightly out of the fray of the high density summer madness that is Florence this year...especially in the center. Luca's place was exactly that...so close, with the incredible view, but not IN the madness. The spaces are large, bed comfortable and view extraordinary! The air conditioning was efficient and quiet...and essential, as the mosquitos on the Arno were insane. We could not open the windows. I had some travel glitches and Luca and his brother were accomodating to make sure we got into the apartment. We will return and truly look forward to a return visit!
