Wow, wow, wow this place is so beautiful and magical. Views of the Dolomites straight out your window. Beautifully appointed cabin with everything you need. The spa and saunas are fantastic after a day of exploring this incredibly gorgeous part of our planet. Ilaria is the most welcoming host even offering fresh eggs and locally made cheese. This portion of our Italian holiday will remain etched in our memories forever.

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay in the Dolomites! The apartment was absolutely perfect – clean, cozy, and very well-equipped, with breathtaking views of the mountains right from the window. Communication with the owner was excellent from the start; he was incredibly helpful and provided us with great tips about the area, which made a big difference to our trip. Although we were a bit unlucky with the weather during the first few days, we still managed to enjoy ourselves. The private sauna was a real bonus – perfect for relaxing after a day out in the mountains. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended, and we would love to return!

Incredible value and location. Alexandra was extremely helpful, responsive, and very flexible with my check when my flight was delayed by more than two hours. The Airbnb is very clean and has all the amenities necessary to cook for yourself. The surroundings are incredible and there are many hikes nearby. This Airbnb puts most others to shame in terms of price and quality. Would absolutely recommend.

This is a very good apartment. Well equipped, impeccably clean and very comfortable. Brilliant bread service. The family were very helpful and provided every assistance and good recommendations for local amenities. The location is perfect; quiet but in the centre of the village but a few metres from the start of great country hikes.

It was a great pleasure to stay here! Leona and Alfred were very friendly and open, providing a warm welcoming and all instructions we needed. They were also very flexible when it comes to arrival and departure times making it as convenient as possible for us. We also got an option to use an extra room in the apartment if needed. The apartment is very nice and well equipped, you can feel there 'like at home'. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful with great landscapes and ski facilities nearby. The most relaxing and perfect spot for a getaway! Monika was the most kind and gracious host, from a cocktail on arrival to sending us a South Tyrol guest pass for free public transport plus more. She was always available by message, and made the stay perfect. The house was just incredible. Absolutely spotlessly clean with everything you need for a stay from dishwasher tablets to extra towels etc. The views were great, we sat on the balcony almost every day, just so peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the jam & juice that Monika had made and gave us on arrival too, and loved watching the farmers that surround the property working - it really added to the experience! Thank you Monika for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to stay here, it is phenomenal!!

Sylvia was super responsive (usually responded within a few minutes). The view from the apartment is unparalleled. You can see the mountains and glaciers from the windows. Parking is very easy (on the premises).

Beautiful accommodation with extremely friendly hosts. We spent a relaxing time in a very quiet environment, which offers many great hiking trails and excursion possibilities. The apartment was sparkling clean, very cozy and exactly as described. Everything was perfectly organized and lovingly prepared. A very warm thank you from us, Sabine and Lorenz are perfect hosts. The view was stunning. The apartment was very nice, comfortable and cozy. The location is very quiet and about 2.5 km above Reischach, the cable car to Kronplatz is quickly accessible and bread service for breakfast reliable and fine. It was a wonderful experience to have been a guest here all around. We'll be back for sure🥰!

What a fantastic place and what a fantastic host!

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

We have no words to describe how much we love staying in Hannes and Claudia's apartment. From the first contact here, always helpful, friendly and attentive. Upon arriving Hannes received us and in addition to presenting the apartment, he gave us tips on what to do in the area, presented where the supermarket, bakery and walks were located (everything very close). We are positively impressed by the cleanliness of the place and beyond said the way Hannes and Claudia thought of absolutely everything (had cutlery, pots, hot tub…) a super complete location. We will definitely come back more often and refer it to our friends and family. Thanks for your excellent stay. They made our trip even more amazing!

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Beautiful apartment right next to the ski lift. We visited during low season and it was just as serene. Would definitely go back

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything we needed was really there, from towels to the initial equipment for breakfast. Unfortunately, our time in Telfs was quite unpleasant. But after a rainy hike, the sauna and the pool were particularly good.

Everything is great and as described! Quiet location but by car in 15 minutes in Innsbruck! Communication super straightforward and fast. We were completely satisfied :)

Absolutely stunning destination and accommodation with everything you need and other luxuries! It exceeded all our expectations. We loved the sauna & jaccuzzi with a view at the terrace.
