Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Pran Buri District

The place is spacious and clean. The large swimming is definitely a highlight of the house. The house with 4 rooms and equipped with toilets for each rooms, friendly for a large family. The down side of the house is the location is a bit far from the city centre, and the water pressure is insufficient, but we enjoy the stay anyway and the price is quite reasonable. Will recommend to others.

We stayed at this place several times now and it's always our first choice when we return to Pak Nam Pran. It's in a convenient location, and easy to drive into Pranburi town or Hua Hin, Khao Kalok, or Sam Roi Yot. It's also on a little dead-end street, so except for the occasional dog bark it's super quiet. Most importantly, it's also pet-friendly and our dog always is happy to return here.

Great accommodation. The place is as it appears in the pictures with good seafood restaurants within walking distance. The host is very friendly and happy to give recommendations on things to do. Overall very good value for money and we will visit again.

This place is perfect! Everything is brand new and super modern. It's very clean and it looks exactly like the pictures. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is close to shops, restaurants, and the beach! The bed is super comfortable and there is a washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. It's really quiet and private, perfect for working remotely, kite surfing holidays or just relaxing. There is a pool next to the house as well. The hosts BeBe and Klaus are super nice and responsive. BeBe even came and picked us up and helped us move - so sweet! We felt very taken care of. I can definitely recommend staying here. Thank you so much for having us!

Amazing spot. Definitely recommend. Host company is responsive. Free cleanings optional and pool maintenance twice a week. You can’t get any better than this place. 7-10 minute drive to Hua Hin downtown nightlife. Recommend renting a scooter but host provides 3 bicycles and there is a paved bike trail all the way to Hua Hin. Beach is a 5 minute walk or 1 minute bike ride! No rocks all sand! 10/10!

We had a fantastic stay here. The setting is just stunning with beautiful views down to the sea. Wake up with the sounds of the birds and a nice breeze and your day is perfect. The private pool has a good size and the communal lap pool is a great addition for sportive swimmers. The whole resort is very quiet and well maintained. The Villa is very private and spacious. The interior seems brand new with very comfortable beds and good sized bathrooms . The kitchen has everything one can think of to prepare a nice meal. However, there are so many nice restaurants around that the choice of eating at home or go for a local place is not easy. Communication with Suparat was excellent and she replied instantly and helped us with massage appointments and restaurant recommendations. We felt like spending our vacation in a friend's house! It's hard to leave this piece of paradise but we can’t wait to be back and next time we will stay longer.

The villa is just like the pictures and even more amazing in person. Plus theres a great beach only 8mins away. Big shout out to Plian and his team/staff. They were very hospitable, kind, and very responsive making sure to meet any and all of our needs. 5 stars for sure!

Very quite and peaceful surroundings. Loads of light in the house, beds were comfortable. Loads of supplies, coffee pods toilet paper, etc. on arrival. You will see lots of birds and animals around the house, we even had a single monkey show up for several days which was calm and well behaved. Closest Beach only a couple of minutes away but only good at low tide, other areas of the beach that were good at all times were a few minutes walk or car ride away. Recommend a car or motorbike if you stay here. There are lots of good restaurants less than 10 minutes drive away.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly accommodating, providing helpful directions upon arrival. The lack of noise restrictions allowed us to fully enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the neighborhood, filled with numerous restaurants and bars just steps away. Plus, being a mere 5-minute walk from the beach was fantastic! The place itself was spotless with modern furnishings, giving it a fresh and inviting feel. Moreover, the owner's friendliness and willingness to assist made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommend this place for a wonderful getaway!

We were a group of 8 adults and 3 kids.We had a marvelous time! Ernest helped arrange a very large van to bring all of us from Bangkok to VR and back because we didn't have a car. The housekeeper met us and gave us a house tour and all it's amenities. She was with us during the day and helped us by driving the house's Saleng (motorcycle powered "car" it's bigger than a Tuk Tuk). There were also 4 adult bikes. The house we saw in pictures was exactly what we got! It's spacious and spotlessly clean! Common areas were well arranged. Bedrooms were laid out like a hotel's.Each family had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen is well outfitted for cooking & has plenty of plates, silverware, etc A 7-11 store and some Thai & western restaurants are a few minutes walk.The beach is a 6 minute walk.Only some kite surfers were on the water, we had the beach to ourselves. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.We are already discussing returning to VR and we very highly recommend Villa Roca!

Aof has been a great help throughout the entire stay. His command of English was good and we had seamless check in and check out procedure. Aof was also kind to help us book for massage from their in house massage centre. He is just a whatsapp message/call away even on his off day. Villa was great! Clean, spacious and everything works perfectly. The only downside of this place was that there was a massive amount of flying water ants on the night that rained heavily. However, we understand this is not within the Villa’s management control since this is nature’s forces. Just a point for others to note if you are afraid of insects.

Der Aufenthalt war perfekt. Ein schönes Haus mit Pool, toller Service (Cleaning, Pool. Garten), es gab ein gutes Restaurant und die Angestellten waren alle sehr nett und zuverlässig. Ca. 1 km entfernt vom 7-Eleven und einige kleinen Geschäften.... und nur 9 min. mit dem Auto zum Kao Tao Beach - einfach herrlich. Hua Hin downtown erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca. 15-20 Min. Ich würde jederzeit wieder ein Haus mieten.

Beautiful luxury private villa. It was a bit further out from the main road but as the description of the villa states “Hideaway”. Stunning modern villa with spacious interior. Loved our private villa with alfresco setting. We had issues with 1 of the bedroom air conditioners, however service was very responsive and got it fixed the next day. Overall amazing place with exceptional service. Would easily come back again and wouldn’t mind a longer stay :)

Arrived very late in the middle of the night due to various rains, I didn't enjoy much of this very pretty land with animals and vegetation almost like a farmhouse. You know Kanjana that you have many melodies of different birds in the night in addition to your animals. It was a fantastic concert despite the tiredness of the trip I couldn't help but listen to them I enjoyed breakfast in a bar, Vintage Liberty Thai style. Great place. Location is only 15-20 minutes drive from everything. There are convenience stores just 15 minute walk. The pool was really clean, not many bugs and staff also thoroughly cleaned it one of the days. Villa was very spacious and clean. If you want total privacy, this is the place for you. Staff will not bother you at all. They are always happy to help when you need.

The villa is lovely and in a private gated estate, we felt right at home and we will definitely book the villa again when we are back in Hua Hin.

Great place, very relaxing

I love this place and the community. Danny and his staff are amazing and extremely helpful. I have extended my stay and look forward to many more relaxing days here in Hua Hin.
