The place is spacious and clean. The large swimming is definitely a highlight of the house. The house with 4 rooms and equipped with toilets for each rooms, friendly for a large family. The down side of the house is the location is a bit far from the city centre, and the water pressure is insufficient, but we enjoy the stay anyway and the price is quite reasonable. Will recommend to others.

We strongly recommend staying here! We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this cozy place. 😍 A short walk to 7-Eleven, located next to an Italian restaurant where you may enjoy brunch or dinner. The house was tidy, and having a living area with a large couch was perfect for recharging. There is also all of the cooking equipment that we require. We would definitely stay here again. We were already familiar with the property "Panorama Resort" from a previous visit & returning felt incredibly pleasant. Naturally, we were curious about this house, as the pictures looked very promising & the communication with the owners had been so warm & friendly. What can I say? We've booked many houses worldwide & enjoyed wonderful moments - but THIS house surpasses them all!! After our long journey, we were warmly welcomed with a well-stocked fridge. The attention to detail in the decor is simply a dream – a fantastic kitchen equipped with absolutely everything (and more) you could need (I loved the milk frother so much!), charming decorative touches, bedrooms with fridge & coffee machine, spacious & spotless bathrooms, cozy beds with comfortable linens, friendly cleaning staff, a stunning garden, a pristine pool and beautiful lightning. What more could your heart desire? We absolutely loved everything (!) and are so grateful to Janet & Dave for this wonderful experience!

Tanit was the perfect host! Great communication, fast response and super helpful. Nothing was too much. The apartement was spacious, clean and tidy. We loved the balcony where we had breakfast and some dinners. I loved that the complex wasn’t high rise and really nicely designed with pools, water and green around you. The beach was right there and you could choose between pool and beach. Unfortunately it was high tide each morning so could lie on the beach. Khao Tao is a bit out of the way if you want to be close to the action. It was fine with us but it means you need a Grab if you want to go anywhere. There are a couple of restaurants at the beach and in the village but we ordered in quite a lot. We loved our trip to the Golden Buddha (you can see it from the balcony) which is about a 35 min walk or 7 min drive and went to Phraya Nikon Cave with its amazing temple. It takes about 45 mins by car, we booked a taxi for 1500 but for the day. Steep climb but so worth it

Very private and cozy place to stay with a family. The unit is well decorated with quality appliances and furnitures, we felt right at home soon as we arrived. Highly recommended and will definitely return for future stay. Thank you Khun Mod 🙏🏻

The AC was noisy first night but owner had it fixed promptly. Nice unit close to beach and it’s as pictured.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Kesthip's beautiful place. Although the room is on the first floor, it is bright as a corner room with light coming in from the glass door and windows. The room was fully equipped with kitchennett and beach toys for kids. The decoration is sweet and flowery, especially the main room. The kids' bedroom is also cute. Her place is filled with IKEA furniture.

Great apartment with quiet neighborhood and quiet apartment. It has a good location, just a few steps to the beach and is equipped with functional household stuffs. The service is quality. We would definitely stay here again. Very good value for such a large apartment.

Great stay and simple swift communication with Kent. Was a little confusion on the exact apartment which was quickly addressed by the crew on the reception, we booked less than 24 hours before though so a reflection on me not Kent. Apartment was perfectly clean and exactly as described. I would suggest a car/bike is recommended (We had a car) however a £12 return trip into the centre of Hua Hin via grab opens a great deal of food and entertainment opportunities. You also HAVE to visit the Jaiphet Bristo & Garden (15 min walk) as the food there is in a class of its own! All in all a wonderful relaxing experience and highly recommended.

This place is an absolute gem—especially for rescue dogs like ours who really appreciate calm, truly dog-friendly spaces. There’s plenty of green space around the property for sniffing and exploring, and the nearby beach is peaceful and free of soi dogs, which was such a relief. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-equipped with everything you might need. Convenience-wise, there’s a 7-11 near by, and meals are easy to order through Grab. Plus, the well-known Anchor Bar is just a 5-minute stroll down the beach. We’ll definitely be back! xx

Amazing condominium in the amazing city by the best beach ever! Apartment is not getting younger, underground parking not allowed for people who rent apartments. Washing machine would be a dream in the flat. Swimming pool and beach front like in a dream. With a great value deal we would come back to the same apartment.

Boonchai was extremely polite and responsive in helping us with any questions or minor issues we had during our stay. I would highly recommend any family to stay in Boonchai’s properties.

Great if you want to wake up to the sound of waves looking over the ocean. Saw dolphins from the balcony one afternoon. Comfy bed, nice pool and well equipped. Hot water and Wi-Fi would be a massive improvement (mobile data signal is really strong in the area though). Car or motorbike is needed to get around.
