Holiday rentals with a patio in Praia Vila de Santo Antônio

The days we spent at Patricia's apartment were wonderful. Despite being a condominium, the place is quiet, quiet, pleasant, close to nature. The apartment is well equipped, organized, clean, had everything we needed. In addition, Patrícia was super attentive, from the beginning, being always available. We want to go back already. 🌷

We had a great stay! The house is very good, in a great condominium, good beach, we will definitely be back! We were very well taken care of by Tarcísio.

The condominium is excellent, the pool area is very well maintained, with the option of a restaurant service on site, in front of the beach, with a children's playground. Excellent option for traveling with children. The accommodation has an excellent location, overlooking the beach and very close to the pool area and playground. The kitchen is a little small, but it is functional. We missed a laundry room, but it wasn't a problem. The bedroom TV did not connect to streaming apps. Excellent option with children.

Ana's house is extremely comfortable, clean and with everything we need for a perfect stay. Great quality and super fragrant linens and towels. The sea view and the sound of the waves are very relaxing. Very close to the village, we went on foot every day. Not to mention Ana's kindness, always helpful and friendly. It was an amazing time there!

i already knew the condominium, had stayed in another apartment, but this surprised me. I loved it all. It's worth it. I recommend it!

Alina is an excellent host, easy to communicate with and willing to help. The house is exactly as in the photos, very comfortable and beautiful. The condominium is located within the Sauípe complex, and the walk to the beach takes about 15 minutes. All good and safe. We really enjoyed the stay! We were also well taken care of by dear Val, who took care of the cleaning and food. The only negative points were a sick kitten that kept entering the house (a recurring issue in the condominium, not the host's fault) and the TV in one of the rooms was defective. But Alina was always willing to try to solve it and that did not hinder our experience. Sauípe is a quiet, very safe place, excellent for families. There is no option for restaurants and markets, the ideal is to shop before you get there. However, next to the condominium there is a Hiperideal container that breaks a branch.

The Hosts were very kind and helpful all the time. They provided all support from the beginning to the end of the stay. The atmosphere is cozy and cosy, I highly recommend the stay!!!

Had a great stay! The hostess was super attentive at all times and was willing to help us with any issues. The house is impeccable, the bedrooms and bathrooms are great. Unfortunately, we took a rainy period and couldn't take much advantage of the pool and the beach, but the leisure area is spacious and comfortable. We will definitely return more often!

We had a very pleasant experience during the days we stayed in the apartment. Extremely clean, organized and with everything necessary for our well-being during the stay. Whenever I had any questions, promptly the host responded to me and solved all the requests, as well as a lot of education and proactivity. Vanessa always very helpful and polite and flexible, the atmosphere is very cozy for those looking for a safe, cozy and quiet place, parking inside the condominium and is close to the village of Praia do fort, about 900m. There is a way to walk there, but I recommend walking only in the morning, at night I believe the path is dark, the municipality has an app to park in the streets safely, I recommend the use. The apartment is great, perfect size for two people, utensils needed for cooking, pleasant pool environment, it has a bar where it sells drinks, food and some snacks as an affordable price!

Very well-equipped apartment with sea view, with practically private beach. A paradise! Excellent condominium with a swimming pool facing the sea and a fitness center. Jorge is very attentive and helpful. We had an unforgettable stay and left wanting to return soon to stay in the same apartment!

Wolmar's accommodation is beautiful, just as advertised. Very clean and complete. Both Wolmar and the staff at the accommodation were very kind and attentive.
