Very good stay! Overlooking the best beach in Arraial! Comfortable apartment with parking and easy access. Recommended!

Excellent location. The most central of Praia do Forte. Good rooms, one with a balcony and a side view of the sea. Good internet. Good kitchen. Easy garage to get in and out. From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., another entrance even closer to the beach is available, just intercom to the entrance.

The beautiful backyard with pool, barbecue area, and sauna was so enjoyable we hardly left. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. 10/10 will come back

The house is very cozy, it's beautiful! Amanda was essential, I had difficulty finding it because it was night, and she helped me, I also had problems with the remote control battery and she made sure to send an employee to deliver new ones so that I would not miss my series and listen to music on the television. I will definitely come back

Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the bottom room has access via stairs. The electric shower of the lower bedroom was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). A Rute that served us is a special and talented person, it was a pleasure to live with her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the space is worth it but do not wait for super luxury, but rather a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

Beautiful house and very comfortable. I would come back anyway , aside it was my wedding and we were just a few steps away from where this beautiful celebration was.

The accommodation is amazing, with an excellent location, just a few minutes from the center, and with easy access to the Azeda, Azedinha and João Fernandes beaches. The sunset seen from the accommodation is simply spectacular. We highly recommend it! It's really worth it. The host was super receptive and attentive, as well as all the staff, who were very polite and helpful!

Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

The place is undoubtedly wonderful. For those who know, the dry beach is an excellent destination for rest and being in a house like this rest is guaranteed. It will probably have to order something or go to the market a few times, but it is at most 10min of the house. Very good space for couple or family with 4 people. Since much of the lakes region is very hot kk but the air and the ventilator of the room account for the message. The outdoor area is undoubtedly the key point of the house. all very beautiful by day and the night improves even more with the lighting of the pool, the Buddha and the rest of the space. And as I had read here, because of the proximity to the sea it is possible to hear the waves at the beginning and end of the day! For those who take advantage of this space too, I leave as a tip to take repellent. And very light clothes, the house tends to heat up a little during the day, but as I said, nothing that the air and the room fan don't count!

We were very well received by Rose! Very attentive and did everything to make us feel at home and promptly responded to our requests. Rose is a 10!! The location of the house is excellent. And we were very lucky because the condominium was empty when we arrived. This meant a lot of tranquility. With the condominium full, I believe we would have less privacy. We spent 5 very pleasant days! Thank you!

The house and setting are more breathtaking than the photos allow to show. I've been to Buzios several times and this was definitely the best choice.

The house is just wonderful! Large, airy and clean rooms. All with a view of the Lagoon. The barbecue right in front of the pool. Charming place. The condominium is very safe, with security guards passing by at all times. All rooms have a fan. The suite has air conditioning. All rooms have lockers. You don't need to bring anything, there are bed and bath linens for everyone. Mr. Nelson was very helpful and attentive to our requests. I celebrated my birthday and it was unforgettable. Thank you for all the kindness from the beginning to the end of the stay. The house is much better than in the photos, which seems impossible!

We had a wonderful time in Buzios at this house. The views are out of this world. Gonzalo was incredibly helpful, super flexible and it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. We will be back.

We have no words to describe our weekend in that paradise. Marília was perfect in everything. The house, first of all, has an incredible energy. The view from the balcony at breakfast was perfect. Our goal was to rest and we came back completely renewed from there. And it's super flexible (which is even hard to see at check out). The house is better than in the photos. It is worth it for family groups, because the sea is super clean, the water is crystal clear and calm, and for groups. We had a wonderful barbecue on the balcony with a perfect view. Guys, in short, there is no defect in that place. It was sad to have to leave. Haha. Marília, thank you for everything. You treated us very kindly and I thank you very much. We love it and we will definitely be back. 🙏💕

Apartment with stunning view, great location. The impeccable accommodation, all very clean, had everything to use and very brm careful, I felt at home. Very comfortable. I love it, I highly recommend it and I will definitely come back more often.

The host is extremely attentive! We were able to check in very quickly and easily! Everything was planned. The house is exactly as shown in the photos! Very comfortable place. And we have a breathtaking terrace, with a privileged view of the sea! And an extremely perfect space for a barbecue on a Sunday afternoon! I highly recommend it. We'll be back again!

Our stay was wonderful. The apto is extremely cozy, and has a beautiful view of the beach of Itaúna. Great location, there is a bakery in the front that is delicious, in addition to the proximity to the surf culture of the place. We love it very much!

Everything is spectacular, the house is beautiful, super quiet, we loved being surrounded by nature. I'm delighted! Paula was super solicitous, a love of person, with a unique and welcoming vibe. I answered all my questions quickly and clearly, and made me feel right at home from the first moment. The chalet is simply amazing, cozy, with a wonderful view and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was neatly clean and organized. I hired a wedding surprise aside, and both Paula and her daughter prepared everything with great care and attention to detail. It was exciting! On Saturday, we had the privilege of having Vitor, Paula's son and chef, for a private dinner. Without a doubt, it was one of the best decisions we made. Dinner was perfect! The best food I've ever tried! The atmosphere was carefully prepared, with a beautiful decoration and a perfect playlist, making the night magical. Without a doubt, we will return more often. Gratitude for everything!
