Quiet neighborhood, good restaurants nearby; being feriadão, with the city packed with tourists, it was very good to be able to walk to the beach, including the children . One drawback was the lack of Internet signal; the solution found minimized the issue, but the signal remained intermittent despite the effort of Fabio to try to resolve the issue. It would be good if some basic products were available for immediate use, such as sugar, oil, soap powder, liquid soap in the bathrooms ... but in general, the stay went very well and met expectations. I appreciate Mr. Cláudio's attention and availability, including for check-out, prompt and on time at 6:30 a.m.

I can say that we felt at home. Everything that was advertised was in agreement. The apartment is great, everything is very clean, it has everything we need in the kitchen, bed linen, bath. It has beach chairs and umbrellas. Bedroom closet and dresser that fits all the clothes we brought. A delightful balcony overlooking the main avenue. All nearby commerce and the beach are just a step away from the apartment. The building staff always request, giving all the information we want with politeness and promptness. As for Michele, a lovely hostess, concerned with our well-being, always asking if we needed anything. I highly recommend it, everything was perfect. We thank Michele for all the attention. We'll be back soon.

The stay was very good. The apartment is well located and has easy access to Dunas beach. Everything was as reported on the site. Communication with André was always very easy and fast. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need and was very clean. Here's a tip: the building number is 580, but it's between the numbers 60 and 56, so it should be 58. Cabo Frio things rsrrs. But the wase leaves you in the right place.

The apartment exceeded our expectations! Very well located, in front of Praia do Forte, with easy access to other beaches and several restaurants, which greatly facilitated our tours and meals. The property is spacious, well furnished and perfectly met our needs throughout the stay. I would also highlight the excellent service of the host and owner, which was extremely attentive and helpful from the beginning. It showed great proactivity and partnership by kindly anticipating our check-in and relaxing the check-out time, which made all the difference for our trip. An incredible place, we were received in a sensational way, everything was clean and tidy. Wonderful location with a perfect breathtaking view. The place has a space with a pool and an incredible barbecue to have that quality time with the family. I highly recommend it and it's worth every penny paid.

I highly recommend it! Very cozy house! Everything is very clean and well cared for, you can see that the house is well cared for. There is a beach at the end of the street that is practically private, the place is very quiet, there is a town nearby (Monte Alto) where there are markets, a bakery, shops, to buy everything you need. Great experience! I highly recommend it, and I can't wait to visit again.

Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the bottom room has access via stairs. The electric shower of the lower bedroom was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). A Rute that served us is a special and talented person, it was a pleasure to live with her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the space is worth it but do not wait for super luxury, but rather a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

Beautiful house with wonderful view

The apartment was impeccable, everything as in the publication. It is located in the center facing the sea and you have all the businesses nearby. The view is beautiful. What I didn't know is that it had so many stairs, 7 floors, which was a bit uncomfortable for me, but then everything was perfect.

Janete was very cordial with her welcome to her home, everything was very clean and just like in the photos. Beautiful view!! We had a situation with the beach chairs, we contacted Janete and we were able to solve it immediately without problems. The entrance can be a bit steep to walk, but if you rent a car or a buggy you will not have big problems, and you can easily reach the different beaches of Buzios! We will definitely be back!!

Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

Wow. What a great place to stay. The view from the balcony is hard to beat. So beautiful. We witnessed whales jumping out of the water multiple times during our 5 night stay. The apartment itself is well appointed. The bathrooms are clean and nice. The kitchen is well appointed. The pristine beach is a short walk away. The hosts are helpful and attentive. Laura's penthouse was exactly what we were looking for, safe, facing the beach with the beautiful sea view, beautiful sunset, space for family barbecue. It was the perfect choice to reunite with our family. If we come back to the area, we will surely try to stay at this apartment again.

We loved the apartment, very nice view, very complete, everything it offered, the beautiful pool. We had a problem, but we were able to solve it with the owner of the place who was complaining about some scratches on the TVs. I am convinced that we didn't do it because we hadn't even plugged in the one in the room because we didn't use it. But then, luckily, she was able to find out that it had been another guest or the cleaning staff. And I was more relaxed. The only thing to add is that the location is wrong on Google Maps. When you put the address, it marks it in the center of Rua das Pedras, and it's almost at Praia dos Osos. It happened when I arrived and when I called the Uber to take us. Maybe we should fix that. After all, incredible! The attention, the The location, the view, and the equipment that the place has is super complete, nothing is missing.
