Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia Pero

Very comfortable apartment, we felt at home and for accepting pets, it already won me over. Nothing was missing in the apartment, spacious, with all the utensils, perfect cleaning, very quiet neighborhood, Graziano responded promptly, very polite, all the condominium rules were very clear, great location, very close to the beach, vast shopping, markets, pharmacies, everything perfect. They can rent without fear. We will be back soon. 🥰

I can say that we felt at home. Everything that was advertised was in agreement. The apartment is great, everything is very clean, it has everything we need in the kitchen, bed linen, bath. It has beach chairs and umbrellas. Bedroom closet and dresser that fits all the clothes we brought. A delightful balcony overlooking the main avenue. All nearby commerce and the beach are just a step away from the apartment. The building staff always request, giving all the information we want with politeness and promptness. As for Michele, a lovely hostess, concerned with our well-being, always asking if we needed anything. I highly recommend it, everything was perfect. We thank Michele for all the attention. We'll be back soon.

Carla was very attentive and always responded quickly to all our questions, the apartment was great and in a perfect location between Rua das Pedras and Joao Fernandez, all within walking distance. The only thing I could say is that the mattress on the bed was a little hard for my taste, but the rest was perfect. The concierges are also very attentive.

All the communication with Ricardo, Mari and Simone was very well done, they gave us local recommendations and a lot of information. The apartment is very nice, with an airy space and excellent leisure area. The only burden is to the toilets of two suites, which are very small, but small people will have no problem with that. The whole check-in and check-out process was very easy, and they even let us put our bags inside the apt before check in time. Overall an excellent stay.

I 100% recommend the place, it's nicer than for photos, super tidy. The beach is in front and is very beautiful. We rent a car and we were in 5 min from all places. Great location, very quiet neighborhood.

My stay was excellent! The host was extremely helpful from start to finish, always available to answer questions and willing to help with whatever was needed. Communication was quick and clear, check-in was smooth and the place was exactly as described, clean and well equipped. I was very pleased with the experience and would definitely come back. The stay at the yellow house was great! The host, Sueli, welcomed us with affection and attention. The house is airy, clean, comfortable, equipped and well decorated, which makes for a quiet and comfortable stay. It is about 15 minutes - by car - from Rua das Pedras, and the neighborhood seemed quiet, with no complications during our stay. We intend to return again, on sunnier days than those in May, to make better use of the pool space, which is also a delight.

Our stay was simply wonderful! Since the beginning of the reservation, we have been very well served by host Cláudia, always attentive, helpful and ready to answer all questions. Upon arriving at the house, we were greeted with great affection and attention by Mr. Antônio and Dona Cira, who showed a genuine and welcoming hospitality. They made me and my family truly feel at home. The house is extremely functional and very well-equipped, which directly contributed to our comfort and practicality throughout the stay. The rooms are well distributed and spacious airy, ideal for welcoming the whole family with peace of mind. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, which made it much easier to prepare meals. The rooms are comfortable, with cozy beds and clean, smelling bedding. The toilets were also impeccable, with good water pressure and excellent showers. Undoubtedly, it was an unforgettable stay

The house exactly matches the description and photos of the site. It is within a condominium with few units. Very well located, super close to the beach, close to the square and the Shopping Mall (close enough to go on foot). The house accommodated 8 people very well. All the mattresses were very comfortable, air-conditioning all the rooms working perfectly. Kitchen has what you need. We very much like the accommodation.

Patrícia and her husband were super helpful, they welcomed us almost at dawn due to the traffic we got caught in. Because we arrived so late, Patricia gave us two more bonus hours to check out to enjoy the accommodation a little more. Amazing! PERFECT full Jacuzzi! Worth every penny!

Very good stay, the apartment is just as it appears in the photos. We asked Marilanda for a transformer to connect the hair dryer and we had it in time. Very beautiful view, excellent location near everything. The only thing is that there are many steps to climb. I counted 90 steps, so I do not recommend it if you have little mobility. Thank you Marilanda for opening your home to us, we will return.

Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

Our accommodation was amazing, we love every space in the condominium, everything is clean and organized, it's excellent to take the whole family and enjoy everything that is offered, everything in the description is real, Petterson was very attentive, whenever he had a question he answered promptly. It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio, I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very nice!
