The swimming pool and gourmet area served very well for us to spend time with family and friends. Both Alexander and Lucas were super attentive and supportive. The house is 5 minutes from Matinhos beach and 10 from Caieiras beach by car, very close by and easy access. The house is well secured, has alarm and presence sensors. Great apartment, just like the photos. The beach is close, we walked there every day, there are several restaurants on the waterfront and it is very safe, we went in two cars and left them outside most days, without worries. In fact, for those who have a truck, the garage is a little bad to get in and out of, but I believe that smaller cars don't have as much trouble.
