The house is great and the hosts are very welcoming, we stayed a weekend and it was worth it.

It's hard for me to stop my time to write and give a statement. But I was so welcomed that I felt the love in every detail of the house. This house is light, its energy is different! Gratitude 😎❤️

Fábio's space suited us perfectly! Extremely clean and very spacious, we were all very comfortable! The super-equipped kitchen made meals easy, and the surroundings were very peaceful and quiet! Fábio was very helpful the whole time, gave several tips on programs and places, promptly answered our messages and was a great host. We'll be back for sure!

Everything is perfect. The house is very comfortable, extremely clean and well-equipped. Apparently it was recently renovated. The location is great, quiet and with shops very close by. Marcio was very attentive and kind, allowing us to enter before the scheduled time. We will definitely be back.

This house is beautiful! The decoration is a spectacle, the cleanliness and organization are a 10, its location is perfect in front of the beach and 10 minutes on foot from Praia das Cordas! Sergio is a wonderful host—very kind, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions. The stay was extremely comfortable, as the house had absolutely everything one might need. The location is fantastic, although it might be a bit challenging for those who aren’t physically prepared—but it’s still quite accessible. The view from the window is absolutely breathtaking—it's hard to imagine anything better. Thank you so much, Sergio, for your warm hospitality and for making our stay so pleasant and memorable!

Our accommodation was great!! The same apartment in the photos, smells, cozy, clean, well tidy and tasteful. Super attentive Patrick and ready for any questions. On arrival we were greeted with a beer and a sparkling wine with a welcome note, a gesture of extreme delicacy and care for the guest. The caretaker of the building also super gentle. We felt at home. We love it and we will definitely return!

Everything is extremely impeccable! Since the arrival, we have been greeted with a MIMO for our dating anniversary, which has already made all the difference! The place is even better than the pictures, the apartment incredibly welcoming, with great decor and everything new, with great taste! The breathtaking view further, being a delight upon waking up and feeling the nature so close. These were wonderful days that the apartment brought even more tranquility, flexibility and comfort. The tips were also essential to explore more of the beaches and restaurants, as well as good hiking and adventures. Ana and Gabriel always available to answer us or exchange information when necessary, in addition to being very good in the explanations and step by step of all the processes since entering, when leaving. We are looking forward to the next few times we are sure to return!

We love the apartment! Everything in very good taste. A light and cozy atmosphere. Great location ( on the street of the beach) and easy access to several beaches. Super quiet neighborhood! Jacek was ready to answer the questions and was ready to help us with what it took. We'll be back for sure.

The location is situated away from the busy city, yet only a couple blocks from the beach. The facility has a gym, outdoor pool, and even a convivence shop on location for quick pickup items. You can easily walk on the beach back to the town center with restaurants and convivence shops on the way. Uber is active and an inexpensive way for grocery, shopping or restaurants. Both bathrooms have hot water showers and the two bedrooms have electric shutters for nice dark sleeping. Your host are both kind and respectful in communication and information. Florianopolis is a delightful destination and you have found one of it's shiny pearls.

Cozy, clean environment and excellent accommodation. We were well received and supported from the first moment. Spacious and comfortable space for families. We appreciate the hosting and highly recommend it.

Location faithful to the description, cozy accommodation and the view is beautiful at sunrise. I recommend it. NOTE: It is on the 4th floor, but there are 7 flights of stairs that make it seem like it is on the 7th floor, but this is only an impression due to the style of the building. If you have a back problem or a lot of luggage, think twice. Other than that, the place and the location were very good.
