The place was simply perfect for my Bride's Day! The house is beautiful, super cozy and with a wonderful energy — exactly what I needed for this unique moment. The structure met everything we needed: space, comfort and privacy. The host was thoughtful and kind from the start, which made all the difference. I just have to thank you for spending such an important day in such a special space. It sure will stay in my memory forever! 💛

Everything is perfect. The house is very comfortable, extremely clean and well-equipped. Apparently it was recently renovated. The location is great, quiet and with shops very close by. Marcio was very attentive and kind, allowing us to enter before the scheduled time. We will definitely be back.

Tiva and his wife welcomed us very well!! very quiet space, we stayed only one night because we were passing through, we caught a lot of rain on the road and even a clothesline to extend our wet clothes had in the apartment, a great apartment for 4 people!! I'll definitely be back in the summer

We left Quinta extremely marvellous! It was a 1 week stay and I can say for sure, 1 week of peace! The place is extremely cozy, clean, beautiful and of an incredible vibe, not to mention the extreme hospitality that Cristina gave us. My tip for the next guests is: talk more with Cristina in addition to check-in or checkout, you will feel all the hospitality that my wife and I feel, in addition to receiving many tips of what to do on the island. Without a doubt we will repeat our stay on our next vacation. AMAZING 🙏🏽🍀♥️

Sergio is a wonderful host—very kind, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions. The stay was extremely comfortable, as the house had absolutely everything one might need. The location is fantastic, although it might be a bit challenging for those who aren’t physically prepared—but it’s still quite accessible. The hotel is very cozy, beautiful pools, easy access to the beach, accommodation exactly as advertised, clean, and with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. Boris was a great host, I recommend staying!

Location faithful to the description, cozy accommodation and the view is beautiful at sunrise. I recommend it. NOTE: It is on the 4th floor, but there are 7 flights of stairs that make it seem like it is on the 7th floor, but this is only an impression due to the style of the building. If you have a back problem or a lot of luggage, think twice. Other than that, the place and the location were very good.

It is a very quiet and pleasant place, close to supermarkets and restaurants, recommended
