Such a wonderful experience!! Amazing and very available hosts… very attentive Bianca, sir. Valfrido and Mrs. Leia are always welcome the three of them are a well of education and kindness. The place is beautiful the house is very well located!! The structure of the house is impeccable, it was an amazing week with my whole family, children, teenagers, adults and the house served everyone, in addition to being very cozy and with a house face even had all the necessary apparatus to meet the demand of a super family in addition to being super clean for our arrival!! I am exactly grateful for this enjoyable experience that I had with my family, thank you Bianca, Leia and Valfrido you have turned this week into an even more special time, we will definitely be back!!

Second time we stayed with Mosie and Evaldo. It is once again enchanted with the comfort, the view and the tranquility of the region. For those seeking rest and comfort, it is the right place (both the apt and the beach of Peracanga). Mosie and Evaldo always helpful, giving any and all necessary support. The apt is extremely comfortable, wonderful beds and showers, utensils for leisure on the beach and in the apt available, care in every detail, from decoration to communication. Great! Just like the photos and descriptions. We really like hosting! The beach at the back of the building is a warmth, ideal for those who like smaller/quieter beaches. Praia das Castanheiras super close, you can walk. Mr. Luiz was very helpful in all the times we need to make contact with him.

The apartment is located in a great area, a few steps from the beach, in a quieter and more family-friendly location. The property matches the listing and photos, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, wonderful outdoor area with barbecue and pool, great to enjoy as a family. I recommend it.

The penthouse is exactly like the ad photos. The kitchen is actually complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric watering hole and a gallon of reserve mineral water. Undoubtedly improving refrigerator and freezer of real estate that I have already rented. The host, Maria, is a very educated and always helpful person. We were greeted with a table set and a lemon pie ( I loved this delicacy). bed linen and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We barely returned home and are already planning to host in the penthouse again.

First of all, I would like to thank Angélica who attended us in a moment of extreme urgency. At all times he tried to help us, we were very calm when arriving at the apartment, as it is exactly as in the description, the rooms are large and with great ventilation, the large kitchen with items necessary for a stay. All gatekeepers are polite. You can rent without fear, I will definitely return to Guarapari, and if Ángelica's apartment is available we will return to it. It is near the supermarket (we were walking), the beach is glued (literally) in the building. The apartment is in great condition, very clean, good quality bed and bath linens to welcome guests. Super I recommend the listing. It was with 3 children and it was very quiet to stay with them in the apartment because the living room is wide and airy.

Perfect apartment, just like the photos posted, and as Arthur described, we felt at home, airy apartment, with everything working, new furniture, apartment with air conditioning, everything excellent, Arthur is an excellent host, he answered everything promptly, apartment with a sea view, I loved it and every time I come to Guarapari I will stay in it.

I need to start by saying how helpful and kind Natasha was in our conversations. Although we do not know each other in person, I felt that she is a great host. As for the space, very good, very well located, an incredible view of the river channel. The photos matched the reality. If I go to Guarapari again, I will try to stay in this space. The experience was incredible! The view is truly wonderful and is in line with the photos of the listing. The building itself has an old structure, but we have nothing to complain about the apartment, all very well organized and clean, which was what gave us the most comfort. When we arrived, there was a welcome message, the house was clean and smelling and gave a look at the care they have with their guests. Luciana is a very attentive hostess, who proved proactive and available to resolve the issues that appeared, in addition to having made the check-in and chek-out times more flexible. The house had coffee powder, sugar, salt and various cooking utensils that facilitated our stay (pan, board, coffee maker, misteira etc). The apt is located in a neighborhood close to the city center, making it possible to do a lot on foot, has a supermarket and pharmacy very close by; we find a very cool location. Finally, the stay was great and we will definitely return at other times! :)
