Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia dos Namorados

My stay at Izi's apartment was great, clean, cozy apartment without counting the beautiful sea view. Everything perfect , super organized. I intend to go back again and again.

Dani is very attentive, willing to help and give tips about the city. I made the reservation because of the reviews I had read and it is all that and a little more. Check-in and Checkout with flexible hours. Very organized studio apartment, well-equipped kitchen, new utensils, new pots, dish towels. The refrigerator was already on and had cold water, even though it was not a duplex, it freezes well, and there was a new loofah and liquid detergent in the sink. There is nothing I needed that I have not found. Clean and extremely smelling bedding. TV with streaming, high-speed Internet. Beach kit with 2 beach chairs, sand bag, sunshade and cooler. In the bathroom, liquid soap, face towel, bar soap for bathing, toilet paper and a wonderful shower with very hot water. Finally, she thought of every detail, every corner to optimize the space and make the guest comfortable. And added to the location, very central and close to the beach. Dani's Corner is the choice in Guarapari.😍

My stay was excellent! The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, spacious, comfortable and with a lovely sea view. The location is perfect, close to everything, which makes it very easy. The hostess was very receptive and attentive, always available for any questions. I had no problem during the stay. I would definitely host again and recommend it to those looking for a quiet, well located accommodation with an amazing view.

My family and I had incredible and unforgettable days, Rafael and Erica's apartment is charming, beautiful, everything in extremely good taste, we felt like we were in a hotel. Rafael responds promptly and clarifies all doubts, description and photos of the place made accurately, employees and residents of the building super polite and attentive, it is our second time in this spectacular place and we will certainly return if God wills. The view from the room is a show in itself, spectacular, a gift from God, if I may give you a tip/advice: take at least 1 day to contemplate the sunrise, surreal and beautiful.

To get the house started is in a beautiful and calm and rather reserved place. Vitor was very receptive and always willing to help as far as possible. Everything and much more we need was available in the house. Everyone in my family loved it and when the opportunity comes we'll be back. I just have to thank Vitor for everything in the 6 days we spent at his house.

Very good space for those traveling with pets, a major reason for choosing the stay. It has a large yard, a very well-equipped kitchen, and new, good mattresses. The location is very quiet, less than 5 minutes by car from good restaurants in Meaípe and the most beautiful ones we know in the Guarapari region.

The penthouse is exactly like the ad photos. The kitchen is actually complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric watering hole and a gallon of reserve mineral water. Undoubtedly improving refrigerator and freezer of real estate that I have already rented. The host, Maria, is a very educated and always helpful person. We were greeted with a table set and a lemon pie ( I loved this delicacy). bed linen and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We barely returned home and are already planning to host in the penthouse again.
