We do not have an antenna for broadcast TV)

Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival minimum 5 nights! Air-conditioning in the 3 bedrooms, with energy charged per consumption R$1 each kWh. No Loud Noise! Swimming pool and barbecue area, 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Table tennis, fishing kit, board games. Brewery and household utensils available. Private Master Suite. Garage, quiet street. I recommend visiting: Abais Beach, Tambaquis Lagoon with several options of bars/restaurants, in addition to Saco Beach, freshwater swimming, buggy ride in the dunes.

Coziness of the Atalaia Waterfront

Rustic and simple house, but very complete, with a spectacular location a few meters from the crab walkway, on the Orla de Atalaia, ideal for 6 people. BEDROOMS 2/4, 1 being an en-suite with double beds, bed and bath linens, closets, split air-conditioning, TV with local channels, decorated lighting and plastered walls. KITCHEN Dining room with 6 chairs, refrigerator, stove, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, electric iron. LIVING ROOM, King-size sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi Internet, Social Bathroom.

It contains 3 bedrooms (1 suite), plus a social bathroom, a large living room (sofas, tables, chairs and TV), a full kitchen (freezer, a refrigerator, a stove, cutlery, pots and pans, plates and glasses), a pool and a barbecue with 2 tables and 12 chairs outside. The outdoor area also has 2 hammocks for rest. Garage space for up to 3 small cars. We recommend visiting Lagoa dos Tambaquis, which is located 1 km from the house.
