The great place to host and rest!

The hosting experience was the best possible, Mr. Edgar and his wife Sônia were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The house is beautiful, spacious, organized, comfortable and very complete. We were very well received by Vânia, who is the caretaker, a love of person. My family and I were very happy with the stay.

The house eh exactly as in the pictures, very cozy, simply perfect. The host also very top, always very helpful and gave great tips on what to do in the area. An excellent house to spend a day with family, especially those who have a child, because in addition to the swimming pool, the beaches in the vicinity are of calm waters great for bathing.

The house was wonderfully clean and equipped with all comforts. We loved our stay very much. Everything was taken care of to perfection, making us feel right at home. Definitely recommended!

Communication with Carlos was a differential: always helpful and responded hyper-fastly and always showed to be very serious and ready to meet all the demands. The check-in was only completed at 3 p.m., because when we arrived (2:30 pm) the cleaning was being completed, but that's fine. There were some maintenance exchanges that were resolved within 24 hours due to local labor. According to the host, more detailed maintenance is already scheduled and the next guests will be able to rate it better. In conclusion, it was worth it. Thank you.

The house is very comfortable. The wish was not to leave the house. Well ventilated, quiet street, close to the beach. The decoration is all chosen tastefully and with personality. Goretti is quite available. We love the experience and recommend it!

The experience of the stay was extremely satisfying, we live happy days and rest in the house. The space is exactly the same as the photos, very clean, organized and with several leisure options to take children off screens. The pool is another strong point, always with a pleasant temperature and at night the water is even more warm, appearing to be heated. The host, Karyna, was always on standby for whatever need arose. Similarly, the caretaker, Antonio, and the cook, Maria, were cordial and very helpful. The condominium is quiet and wooded, close to the beach, however the stretch did not please us much, because although it was a beautiful place, because it was close to the river, the water was a bit cloudy and with vegetation, which did not make the bath so inviting. However, this was not a major obstacle, as the house is very close to two other beaches (about 4km). Anyway, the experience was excellent and we want to come back again.

Very comfortable accommodation, better than in the photos, safe and pleasant location, helpful and friendly condominium staff. Patacho beach is a short walk from the apartment, the streets have no pavement, and to access other beaches or shops, it is ideal to have your own vehicle. Fernando was very attentive in answering the questions and provided us with useful information that was very much appreciated. I recommend it without restriction, hoping to be able to return soon!

Great house , we are in 6 adults and 1 pet , large space, comfortable , well equipped , closed garage for 02 cars , great outdoor space for barbecue with a good pool ! Stand in the sand , balcony that serves the 2 bedrooms on the floor Superior with a beautiful sea view with nets ! Great location , with restaurant , Market, pharmacy, bakery , butcher shop and hortifruti nearby ! No Need by car ! Dna Zélia greeted us on arrival , super polite and gentle, and accompanied our departure ! Super attentive and helpful Micelle, with Great communication ! Anyway I highly recommend and will be back with Certeza !

The house is excellent and well located in front of Japaratinga beach, one of the most beautiful in the region! It was difficult to get into the garage, as locals do not respect the signs preventing access. However, the host instructed us to park behind the residence. Great choice!! Nice, modern condominium with great structure. Excellent swimming pool and gym. Very cozy and comfortable apartment. Amei everything, were days of peace, leisure and rest. The beach in front of the condo is great, especially at low tide times. And the neighboring beach, which is the beach of Bitingui, simply one of the most beautiful in Alagoas, with a stunning natural pool! Japaratinga is perfect!! Quiet and paradisiacal place. Carla is a superhost!!! Always kind and attentive. Just gratitude!

A beautiful home within a property with 3 other similar houses. Very nice visa to the sea, the park and the beach. The house is very comfortable, open, in contact with nature. The area is very quiet and safe. It's best to be in your own vehicle. Antonello was very nice when we reached out and all the people who attended us during our stay were super friendly and attentive: Jeni and the rest of the cleaning girls and Riquísima la comida de Dudú! We felt so comfortable. We even had a very rainy day and the house was super comfortable to spend the day. Thank you for everything and we look forward to coming back soon.

Catia is the best possible host. She is very attentive, though of all the details, waited for us for a late arrival due to flight delay with a meal, responded immediately every time we needed to communicate with her, and provided very helpful info about what to do and where to find things. The place was very well kept and the fact that they changed sheets and towels and cleaned the bathrooms every four days was a plus. In sum, all the highest marks for Catia and her flat. The only problem is that the city of São Miguel dos Milagres, which is beautiful, does not have the infrastructure to deal with the amount of people who arrive there in the summer. Trash accumulates in the streets, supermarkets run out of merchandise, restaurants run out of supplies, and there are shortages of water and electricity. I can see that this will only get worse with the amount of new construction by the beaches.

BOOK IT!!!! Highly recommend staying at Thiago's place. I was part of a group of 4, we came to Milagres for a wedding, and Thiago's place immediately felt like home. Check-in was smooth, house was clean, kitchen amenities were perfect and the pool was awesome. We had a fabulous time and will definitely come back next time I'm back to Milagres. Thank you Thiago!!

I had the best carnival in life!!! The house is exactly like in the pictures. The house has three air-conditioned bedrooms, bedding, towels and swimming pool, pillows and duvet. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare meals. The gourmet area of the house is amazing!! We ate all the meals in the outdoor area and enjoyed the pool a lot. The garden is very large, perfect for football in the day and for a luau. The house is glued with one of the best beaches in the region. The beach has bars and restaurants that operate during the day and on the same street there is a restaurant that works at night. Thiago is a wonderful host, extremely attentive, quick and very flexible. You have the option to hire a host trusted person to take care of the home and meals, I recommend, as you can rest and enjoy more time in the house. She was our salvation. Everything was perfect. I'm definitely back!!!!
