El departamento es tal cual lo que se muestra en las fotos, ideal para ir a relajarse frente a la playa, tiene un baño grande y cómodo, una habitación amplia con dos placards donde se pueden acomodar las vestimentas que uno lleva. Tiene ventilador de techo, aire acondicionado y televisio en la habitación y en el living comedor. La cocina está equipada con muchos utensilios de cocina. El balcón es bastante cómodo y la vista a la playa a pesar de ser un segundo piso es muy linda. El edificio es un complejo de departamentos y tiene un par de puntos a mejorar, el restaurante no tiene mucha variedad de comidas y opciones de desayuno. La piscina es linda, pero una lástima que estuviera tan fría cuando estuvimos allí y la piscina climatizada es pequeña. La gente de la recepción es muy amable. Por otra parte, la amabilidad y la ocupación de Fabrini es lo que uno necesita cuando viaja fuera de su país.

We loved the location right by the beach (not really a swimming beach as too agitated but very lovely nonetheless) and there is an excellent supermarket right there across the road. The flat has a wonderful view of the beach with the surfers, as well as of the very large and beautiful swimming pool. Worth noting that the pool is closed fully every Monday and on other days it's open from 9am to 7pm.

Location, Location, Location...this place was perfectly situated on Ipanema Beach! The view from the balcony was breathtaking! The host was very welcoming and accommodative. We wouldn't hesitate staying here if we are ever in Rio again.

Was a great choice. Beautiful inside and clean. View to ocean was spectacular. Very good air conditioning and plenty of hot water. If I ever come back this will be my first choice.

Buen lugar para quedarse, súper céntrico si desean ir en buses o el metro ya que se puede mover en la ciudad usando transporte público. Si desean usar Uber y van hacia las playas el precio es alrededor de 40 Reales. En la entrada siempre estuvieron atentos para el ingreso y nunca hubo problemas de demora. Eso sí, de noche es un lugar con casi nula afluencia de gente (como casi todo Rio centro) y oscuro, no fue inseguro en ningún momento pero tengan en cuenta eso. Si quieren quedarse en el centro para estar cerca de la zona clásica de RJ es un buen lugar, llegamos caminando a la catedral, arcos de Lapa, escalera de selaron y muchos otros atractivos más.

This apartment truly exceeded our expectations. Airy, bright, and impeccably furnished. The view of Ipanema beach is breathtaking. We felt completely safe at all hours, and the location couldn’t be better: steps from the beach, close to everything we needed. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and the internet was fast and reliable for work. Mario was an outstanding host — responsive, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about hospitality.

Adoramos a estadia! A Cláudia nos recebeu e foi muita atenciosa. A localização é excelente e dá pra fazer muita coisa à pé. O apartamento é lindo, bem organizado e limpo.

Tudo incrível. Já fui ao Rio 3 vezes e essa foi minha hospedagem favorita. O apê é pequeno mas super confortável para 2-4 pessoas, muito perto da praia, de supermercados, restaurantes, farmácia… Realmente muito bom!

A beautiful space with amazing views. My family of seven had more than enough room. We arrived at 2am and had no issues accessing the home. There was a 24/7 security Marco was wonderful and was always up waiting for us. The house is located in a quiet residential area. people were friendly and we were close to everything We used uber to go everywhere it was super inexpensive. The kitchen was well-equipped and l was able to cook meals for a large group. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to all concerns l loved the peace and serenity this home provided during our stay in Brazil. Thanks to our hosts

Tive uma experiência excelente nesta acomodação! A casa é muito bem localizada. O espaço corresponde perfeitamente à descrição, sendo confortável, bem equipada e muito aconchegante. It was a great stay! The house is very spacious and has a lot of natural light and tall ceilings for air to flow through which made it nice to relax in at all times. The rooms all have fans or ventilators as well. The area is perfect as you are right near the botanical gardens and close to the restaurants and bars in Leblon / Gávea. It is also only about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The added amenities such as a well equipped kitchen, washing machine and TV were very nice to have. Patrick was also very responsive and flexible. Thank you !

Our 8-day stay at this location in Rio was absolutely amazing. The host organized an airport pick -up for my team and I and was there to greet us. The host gave us a tour of the home and left fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The home is in a great location with stunning views of the beach and is not too far from Copa and other attractions (20-30 minute uber drive). The home itself is well-maintained and was very comfortable for a group of 4. I’d highly recommend this home.

Diogo received me in such short notice, and was flexible with my check out time. Marianna was also really helpful, responsive and communicative. The place was cosy and had all the utensils needed. Will deffo recommend.

Foi uma excelente estadia, o condomínio é excelente, indico muito para quem busca tranquilidade e praticidade, foi de fácil acesso, é seguro, tem tudo necessário e o Sergio foi um ótimo anfitrião. A praia é lindíssima, o bairro é tranquilo para caminhar, lugares com bom custo benefício, farmácia. A vista do apartamento é linda, de frente para a praia. É pertinho da Praia da Reserva (10min de bike do Itaú, que tem ao lado), que é surreal de bonita!

We had a great stay! The host was very nice, friendly, and always willing to help. He promptly answered all my questions and even gave us great suggestions for places to eat. The location is perfect. It is centrally located near stores, restaurants, supermarkets, and just a short distance to the beach. The place felt very secure, which was a big plus. Thank you for having us!

Ótimo lugar para ficar, acomoda super bem 9 pessoas, não usamos muito a cozinha mas está muito bem equipada, chuveiros muito bons com agua quente, está numa localização ótima tem muito restaurante, cafés, supermercado, farmácia, a praia tudo perto, não se escuta o barulho da rua.

O hotel é um lugar muito aconchegante, limpo e silêncioso. Sempre venho para este hotel por causa disso. Só uma dica, perguntem antes se os espaços de lazer estão funcionando, para não acontecer igual aconteceu comigo, que fui informada somente depois da compra.

O apartamento é exatamente como descrito, possui todas as comodidades necessárias para uma ótima estadia (inclusive para longa permanência). Localização excelente, a uma quadra da praia e próxima ao comércio (mercado, farmácia, padaria, restaurantes etc). A comunicação com Joaquim foi muito rápida e clara, ele sempre muito educado. Em uma próxima viagem ao RJ, ficarei no mesmo apto!
