Apartment holiday rentals in Praia do Recreio

Apartamento ótimo, porém senti falta de um filtro de água. A hidro não é aquecida, o que dificulta bastante o uso pelo fato do apartamento ser em frente a praia e estar vulnerável a ventos frios vindos do mar. Eu mesma não consegui usar nenhuma vez durante a minha estadia, apenas a piscina aquecida do próprio condomínio, e acredito que só consigam utilizar a hidro num calor de verão. Tirando isso, o apartamento é ótimo, muito limpo e organizado, os funcionários do prédio são muito prestativos e atenciosos. Gostei bastante!

Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a nossa estadia! O apartamento é perfeito exatamente como nas fotos, muito bem estruturado e organizado. Os móveis são de qualidade, a cama é confortável, e a cozinha tem todos os utensílios necessários para preparar refeições o banheiro é incrível tudo perfeito. A limpeza estava impecável, e a localização é excelente, com fácil acesso a transporte, comércio, restaurantes e praia. Júlia foi atenciosa e prestativa desde o check-in, sempre disponível para tirar dúvidas. A comunicação foi rápida e cordial, o que tornou toda a experiência ainda melhor. Com certeza recomendamos e voltaríamos a nos hospedar!!! Obrigado por tudo!

We loved our stay at Rafael’s appartment. Beautiful view over Rio and it’s Sugarloaf mountain. Lovely decorated appartment. Amazing balcony and terrace. Highly recommended!

We loved the location right by the beach (not really a swimming beach as too agitated but very lovely nonetheless) and there is an excellent supermarket right there across the road. The flat has a wonderful view of the beach with the surfers, as well as of the very large and beautiful swimming pool. Worth noting that the pool is closed fully every Monday and on other days it's open from 9am to 7pm.

We loved our stay. The host has a cafe/ shop opposite which is great for a quick meal or a pint of milk! He also owns a space about the airbnb where he occasionally hosts music / samba / jazz bands play live music which you can watch for free. An absolute highlight from our trip in Rio! Would highly recommend!

The apartment was modern, cozy, and perfectly located in Copacabana. A special thanks to Pedro for the warm welcome—he took the time to show me around and explain how everything worked during check-in. I’ll definitely be back. 10/10!

Paulo’s apartment is very beautiful and spotless with great crispy clean towels. The location and the views are really awesome. Paulo is a super host, he provided great recommendations on places to eat. We tried them all and all were fantastic. Paulo goes the extra mile to make sure his guests are comfortable and happy. We had a wonderful time in Rio and the accommodation was key to that. Thanks Paulo!!! We already want to be back😍

Marvelous place, beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable. The location is great, just a few meters from the beach and close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Lively neighborhood. The hosts were very helpful too and willing to help. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

O apartamento é lindo, tem uma vista PERFEITA! Estava muito cheiroso, limpinho… roupas de cama e banho muito boas! O atendimento foi excelente, tive alguns contratempos pessoais e o Evandro foi extremamente compreensivo, uma pessoa super fácil de lidar, entrada e saída foram tranquilas, sem excesso de exigências! Indico 100% e quando precisar, é lá que eu vou ficar de novo!

The place is really good! Fernando is so helpful, he always answered very fast and polite, got us everything we didn’t have. The only minus is very good audibility, so if you have online job or something just keep it in mind. Our stay was great, thank you!

Mônica and her son Vinicius were great hosts, very responsive and helpful. Check-in was smooth, the residential building felt safe, and the neighborhood has a great local vibe. The apartment's highlight is definitely the terrace with incredible views over Botafogo, Sugarloaf, and Christ. Having the jacuzzi and enjoying the sunset with a view was also nice. The kitchen worked well, but could use a few more appliances, and the bed and sofa are not the most comfortable, so keep in mind if that's important to you. Other than that, this place is perfect for a week-long stay!

Começando pelo apartamento: exatamente igual às fotos. Amei a decoração, a vista pro Cristo! Fiquei com vontade de morar nele. É extremamente bem localizado, conseguia fazer tudo a pé, e até os restaurantes mais legais eram no máximo 10 minutos andando. Cama bem confortável (sou suuuper chata com isso hahaha), limpeza impecável. E agora falando da Ana: extremamente gentil! Foi bem solicita, se esforçou para nos ajudar no horário de check-out, comunicação clara. Não vejo a hora de voltar pra esse apê! Amei! ❤️

This was my second time staying here. It’s truly a great location surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Walking to Ipanema beach takes less than 5 minutes.

Excellent stay. Apartment is recently renovated and is super clean. Well equipped kitchen. Ana Cecilia and team were super responsive.

Where do I start? This is by far and away, and in every way, the most impressive and exceptional Airbnb apartment and experience I have had to date worldwide. The photos are great but nothing can prepare you for entering that apartment 😲😳 It is breathtaking. You will have to pinch yourself. The property itself seamlessly blends high design and wow factor with ‘home away from home’ cosy comfort. Immaculate design-eye follows through to real-world detail which is a rare in my opinion. Everything you could possibly need to have a practical homely stay but set in the most wonderfully inspiring environment. Surrounded by fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, retail, gyms (SmartFit does day passes 😊) and of course THE beach. For me Ipanema is the best beachfront neighbourhood in the area by far. And this apartment is the best for overall experience. Finally the Hosts … by far and away and without a shadow of doubt the most attentive, available, friendly, lovely, caring team ❤️

El departamento es hermoso, muy bien equipado. Una vista al mar bellísima! Excelente lugar y la atención de Margareth muy cordial y atenta.

Apartamento excelente. Fácil acesso e muito bem localizado. Superou as expectativas! Área de lazer completa também. Piscina aquecida, sauna, hidromassagem… Espaço para o qual gostaria de voltar outras vezes certamente!

Debería poder dejarse 6 estrellas de calificación. El depto de Romeu es un 11/10, supera por demás cualquier expectativa. Depto remodelado a nuevo, con equipamiento completísimo (por ej, con toallas, sillas, sombrilla y heladera de playa), todo impecable, funcional, vista inmejorable, condominio y ubicación perfectos (justo en frente hay un supermercado y justo abajo, un restaurant de cocina internacional de primera, a dos cuadras: farmacias, estación de servicio, panadería, etc), la playa en posto 7 es una de las mejores y más tranquilas de Barra. En fin, inmejorable por donde se lo mire, muchas gracias Romeu y hasta la próxima (que sin duda habrá próxima).

Excelentes vacaciones hemos pasado en éste hermoso departamento. Es tan lindo que no queres moverte del departamento. Mucho mas lindo q en las fotos. El balcon es muy cómodo y con una vista inigualable. Carmen fue muy amable. Sin dudas vamos a volver. Se los recomiendo 100%, a toda la comunidad.

La estadía en lo de eliane fue impecable ! El depto es cómodo , amplio , súper limpio y está por demás equipado . La anfitriona te recibe en persona , se mostró súper servicial y afectuosa , nos llevó al supermercado al llegar para tener comida , porque llegamos tarde , cansados y con niños ! Respondió a todas las consultas con rapidez y nos ofreció muchas recomendaciones por la Zona que es muy tranquila y lindo para caminar . Sin duda volveremos ! El apartamento es increíble, mejor que en las fotos. Muy grande y espacioso, con todo lo necesario para una estadía confortable. Nos gusta cocinar y nos encantó hacerlo en este lugar por la comodidad y por la variedad de utensilios disponibles, desde copas para vino hasta gran cantidad de cacerolas y cubiertos. La vista es inigualable, con la playa y el mar en todas las habitaciones. Dora fue una excelente anfitriona, atenta, cordial y respetuosa. El apartamento está lleno de detalles prácticos y de buen gusto. Recomendamos fuertemente.

O apartamento é perfeito para descansar. Cozinha completa, com máquina de lavar e uma vista impecável! Acesso fácil à praia e piscina interna. O Pedro é muito simpático e se colocou a disposição o tempo todo. Recomendo muito!
