Beachfront holiday rentals in Praia do Pântano do Sul

We stayed at Ribeirao because we had a wedding at Villa Casarao. The house is about 100 meters from the place. We even went on foot. Simple but very good house with everything we needed!

The place is fantastic: the house is lovingly decorated, the view is wonderful. It is located in the middle of trees. As described, the ascent is very steep; the information to take light luggage (backpack) is to be taken seriously. We were three people first. Two of us were able to stay longer and we stayed another five days. The house is ideal for two individuals or a couple. The communication was very good and in case of questions or problems, there was an immediate response or help. For us one of the most beautiful places on this magical island. We will never forget these days and may be back. Thank you!

Exactly as described. Jacqueline was exceptional to work with. The location is great. The only drawback was the road noise, but the wonderful setting and sunsets made it worth it! Highly recommend!

A little piece of heaven! We were very well received by Nathalia, and by the neighbors of the forest😍. The shelter is very clean, very well equipped and the view is incredible. The stay was otima. The house was all as it said in the announcement, the great house, very equipped, very close to the beach,restaurants and markets, anfitriao always responded quickly to doubts, and we will definitely stay again.

The house is beautiful, all clean and organized. A great variety of dishes, all very well cared for and in good condition. We loved the space, we went with a 2-year-old and he left enchanted. Good communication with the person in charge.

I stayed for 1 week in the apartment, it had a spectacular view of the beach, they kept many things handy such as: umbrella, beach chairs, dryer, iron, grill, heater. The most charming thing was the nearby access to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, activities, etc. The place is centrally located where you can easily get to the house and other places by Uber with relatively low prices. I would return a thousand times, John is super friendly, attentive and quick to respond to changes.

Great stay! We were 6 and it fit our group perfectly. We loved the backyard, outdoor kitchen, and being steps from the beach.

Wonderful stay! The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and description, well equipped and comfortable. Host Katarina was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The location is wonderful, with an amazing beach around.

A luxury, private, beautiful landscape and access with guest facial recognition (configured at check-in). The place has many amenities, outdoor pool and jacuzzi, heated pool, sauna, indoor jacuzzi, 24/7 self-service minimarket (accepts Pix payment), beach chairs, umbrella, grill (we did not use it, but it was available). All with free access, except for the private jacuzzi, which must be scheduled through Maira. My friends and I were fascinated. We had a great time, highly recommended.

Amazing accommodation! The apartment is at the height of the treetops, which gives you surreal privacy. Very quiet, clean and complete. The gas shower is super hot, there are extra blankets and a very good air conditioner.

This place is literally a hidden gem. It offers a spectacular view of the sea and is very peaceful and quiet. The view can be capture from every angle of the apartment. To arrive to the room is quite tough as cars cannot Park close to the property and walking up is quite a challenge. But this worth it :) The owner, Elis, was very helpful as she came to help with our luggage both on arrival and departure. I would add that this room/apartment has an outdoor kitchen and shower. We had alot of rain during our stay which made it tricky to cook outside as it was cold. The owner loved plants and it shows as she has a beautiful garden. Their cute dog also welcomed us every day. Elis was very easy to communicate with and whatever we needed she saw to.

I loved the place so much! The perfect get away in nature and close to the beach. Will definitely come back if I can!!

The most beautiful and cozy place near Florianópolis! The house is beautiful, clean, with a warm and cozy pool. We were greeted with all the instructions for use. The best part was the restaurant recommendations Victor gave us. Access to tourist sites is very easy. Easy access to supermarket, shopping. I'll definitely be back!

The photos published on the site fully correspond to the reality of the space. Airy apartment, bright, well equipped and very quiet, as expected and sought. The beach is 100m from the beach. As the ap attended to what was on the site and that I was looking for, I did not need to contact the host, but when it was necessary at check in and at check out, everything happened in the best way. I definitely recommend and would come back !!!

Mariane was always very kind, attentive and agile in all interactions. I felt like I was at my parents' beach house: welcomed, comfortable, safe and completely at ease. It is good to remember that, now in the cold, the place is naturally more focused on the summer. But if you like to have a good drink, cook with a breathtaking view, feel the peace and quiet around you, and walk in the cold with the feeling that the beach is all yours... I highly recommend it... d++++ really! I prepared a beautiful lasagna, pizza and a Bolognese pasta there. The kitchen is 100% functional and complete, perfect for those who like to cook! For those looking for a premium place and love the beach in the summer, then yes: you will be in a real 5-star. Simply GOAT. Tip for those going in winter: Take a shower during the day, the water comes out hotter!

We love the place, the loft is extremely clean, smelling and well equipped. We were looking for a quiet place to spend the Carnival and we love the neighborhood, a quiet place, not far from the beach, there is market, pizzeria, sushi very close to being able to walk. Fábio is a wonderful guy, super friendly and helped us a lot last day, as we had a problem with the battery of our car and he was super helpful and we quickly solved the problem. I leave here my thanks and I look forward to coming back soon!

The house is a resting place. A delight to spend the weekend close to nature like this. We will return for sure. Eduardo and Débora super attentive at all times and the location of the house is also very good.

100% recommended. Fabiano is very kind and clear in everything. While Mrs. Laura helped us by providing everything to make our stay feel like home. The place and the beach invite you to disconnect in a great experience. My parents and I left the place very happy.
