Sergio is a very kind person, he was always attentive to us, and I look forward to seeing us with a detail, which is greatly appreciated. The beautiful place, as shown in the photos, I would even dare to say that it is better than the photos, totally recommended.

The beautiful backyard with pool, barbecue area, and sauna was so enjoyable we hardly left. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. 10/10 will come back

My family and I spent 8 days there. The view was incredible. We did lots of walks and stayed outside just admiring the surrounding! The hots were amazing and responded almost immediately! We definitely recommend this place!

We loved stay at Marilene’s house, it was peaceful, comfortable and we enjoyed. We loved Joice ( recommended by Marilene) she prepared our delicious meals , and helped us to enjoy the house and our time in Búzios. I would 💯 recommend the airbnb and Joice’s services!! We can’t wait to come back to Brazil and visit Búzios again!

The house is exactly as demonstrated in the photos, very large and comfortable, facing the sea, literally opening the gate and stepping on the sand. It is at the end of Rasa Beach - not the most beautiful in Búzios - but ideal for those who seek tranquility, because it is far from any hustle and is empty most of the time, even in Carnival. We hired apart the services of the homemade Jessica and her mother Neia for cooking - I recommend, they are considerate, go out to buy the groceries and cook very well. We'll be back for sure.

We had a wonderful time in Buzios at this house. The views are out of this world. Gonzalo was incredibly helpful, super flexible and it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. We will be back.

The stay in the house was great. The mto bom condominium, standing on the sand of Geriba beach. Large room with American kitchen. The rooms communicate with each other, but since we were in the family, we saw no problem at that point. Hosts responded to messages quickly.

The house is spectacular, very well located and fully reflects with the photos. The house was clean and well taken care of. Very well equipped. Mariana is out of the curve, super attentive, resolves everything immediately. I recommend.

The stay was excellent!!! The house is wonderful...perfect for spending time with friends and family!!! 10/10!!!! Common areas are perfect!!! And the employees s"extremely requested!! Be it only with adults or with children!!! Gramado, swimming pool, a beautiful barbecue, pool, toto, darts!!! I will return for sure!!!

We looked for accommodation on this beach because it had waves and we could take surf lessons. On the beach, there were lifeguards and a place to buy things to drink. A person attended to us as if it were a resort. The house is wonderful, super comfortable, each room has its own bathroom and there is also a guest bathroom. Table with a place for everyone (there were 7 of us), TV, nice decoration, the terrace that we use every day next to the pool, I would be happy to return!

We had a wonderful stay!!! The house is very well cared for, spacious and very close to the beach. We have a great time. Vadi and Célia are very attentive and polite. Renato very fast to answer our questions. We'll be back for sure !

We had a great week at Samira's house. The house is beautiful, it was very clean and tidy. The employee Antônia was very attentive, kind and cooks very well. The house is close to Rasa beach and Clube Aretê. We were lucky not to have other people in the condominium houses, so the pool and barbecue were exclusive and everything was very quiet and safe.

We had a great time at the house! Marcos and the rest of the staff were great! The house itself is amazing with many ample bedrooms. The terrace overlooks the sea and you get unbeatable sunsets. The area is ok - there a few restaurants and markets walking distance (there a lot more just a few minutes drive/Uber away). The beach right down the house is not great though - you will likely go to others. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

Beautiful house, exactly as in the pictures and even better! Delicious Condo, swimming pool just in front of the door of the house! Casa has all the necessary utensils and even more! Glória responds quickly whenever we need it and the homemade Luiz is a sweetheart! We felt at home! Close to the beach and the neighborhood we really like! We'll be back for sure ♥️

The house is beautiful, the very comfortable spaces, Carlos and his lady are very friendly and willing to help in all requirements, as well as Marlene. I would return to the accommodation without hesitation, it was a very fun week and with many pleasant memories.

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was even better than the photos, very comfortable and had a stunning view! We encountered an issue with the water heater, but this was handled quickly. Silvana, who lives on the property, was absolutely amazing. She helped give us recommendations, and set up breakfast each day. Our stay was extra special due to her attention to detail and her patience with my terrible portuguese. We appreciated her very much! We highly recommend!

I loved the house. It has a beautiful view of the entire Ferradura Beach. Super cozy, clean and airy environment. The host Carlos was extremely attentive. Always available to help. He even helped us buy coal. A thousand thanks!

I took my family to spend a few days in Buzio, I chose Gustavo's house for the privacy and coziness, my family and I loved the place, we felt at home. Gustavo was very attentive and gave us tips for shopping and places to go. Thank you Gustavo.

Rafael, who welcomed us and saw us off, is a genius, always very attentive, always very willing to do what we needed. It far exceeded expectations! Alexia's home is absolutely wonderful and for me it was chosen especially to spend my 30th birthday because it is so special. Alexia was an excellent host and went out of her way, having helped me that this reservation happened even when the house was no longer available on Airbnb, she went out of it, so I really appreciate it! The village was always quick to respond and gave lots of great suggestions! The sea view and sunset are priceless, the way to the turtle beach, the proximity to the center of Búzios but at the same time being located in a quiet area, I found it wonderful. The decoration and the utmost taste make the house undoubtedly special and irreverent. A site with lots of nature and art. The only negative point are the mosquitoes, but nothing that a good repellent and candles do not solve, so I advise you to get prepared with that. Tirando this all was amazing, super recommend and hope to return one day!

Very well located, next to Rua das Pedras. The view of the bay is a dream. Unfortunately, there is music late into the night on the street.

Everything was great! Perfect location for those who enjoy Rua das Pedras without taking a car. Cleanliness and organization and friendliness Great. We'll be back!!!
