We had a great experience in the house. Quiet and family environment. Great location, we did a lot of things on foot. The host was attentive and helpful.

Wow. What a great place to stay. The view from the balcony is hard to beat. So beautiful. We witnessed whales jumping out of the water multiple times during our 5 night stay. The apartment itself is well appointed. The bathrooms are clean and nice. The kitchen is well appointed. The pristine beach is a short walk away. The hosts are helpful and attentive. I have nothing bad to say about our stay. It was relaxing and enjoyable through and through. Thank you Mirtes!

I loved the roof, everything was clean and organized , excellent location , right in front of the beach, the condominium is a luxury, with swimming pool , game room and without bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra , from the first moment I thought of renting, removed all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had more doubts, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational , only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

Amanda was a very attentive host and the house is super comfortable and cozy, perfect for those who want to enjoy a quiet beach and rest. Hope to return soon

I loved the Loft. Super functional , even Air flyer has. Franci always very attentive, responding in a few minutes and the best of all is that it is foot in the sand. Township crossed the street, it's on the beach. I'll come back for sure.

Everything was excellent. The apartment can accommodate 6 people in its beds, but I recommend no more than 2/3 people stay there, as it is small. The table has room for 2. It's just like the photos, the host is friendly and relaxed. The building is facing the sea and has free garage. We would have liked it to have small details such as salt, oil, which are things that when you travel you don't carry or buy for 2/3 days. The bed is a little soft. The perfect sheets, pillows and bedspreads. View from the back of the loft. Nice and comfortable terrace.

The stay was beautiful. Very simple and flexible check-in and check-out. Ana Claudia was always very helpful. The apartment is beautiful (as seen in the photos) and its location is great. The building and the doorman were perfect. Very well-equipped and comfortable. There are kitchen utensils and appliances. To cook you must buy the basics (salt, oil, coffee etc.), as well as soaps and cleaning products. The grill is not free, you have to pay for its use. As it is located on the first floor, it is common to hear people talking, music, cars and noise in general. We had a few beautiful days in the apartment. We recommend it!

This newly renovated apartment is located right by the Prainha beach. The place was very clean and safe, the host was very accommodating and all the procedures of checking in and out were very smooth. Beds were great, appliances were brand new. 5 stars, will be back!
