Holiday rentals with a patio in Praia do Caiçara

Our stay in Jae's apartment was simply wonderful! The place is amazing, super comfortable and with a view of the gods, really breathtaking. The location is excellent and everything was very clean and organized. Jae was extremely attentive and helpful from the beginning, always available to help us with any questions. A special highlight was the flexibility in check-in, which made all the difference for us. It was a very positive experience and we certainly intend to return soon. I highly recommend it!

Our stay was excellent, we stayed for 4 days. The building is exactly the same as in the pictures, well organized and with great structure. We enjoyed the swimming pool, gym and bikes of the condominium, which were perfect for strolling along the beach bike path. The location is very good, with markets and restaurants nearby. The apartment is compact but comfortable and well ventilated, we hardly need to use the air conditioning. The balcony is a positive point, great for relaxing. There are some works around, which follow the allowed time, but generate a little noise during the day. As a suggestion, it would be interesting to provide basic cleaning items, such as trash bags, detergent, dishcloths. No more, just compliments! The hosts were very attentive and the concierge staff always polite. We would definitely return!

I spent the Easter holiday with my family, being my wife, my 3-year-old boy, my 1-year-old girl and my in-laws, it was a landmark weekend for us. Ricardo very attentive and helpful, as well as the only building, very well equipped and comfortable apartment, as we have small children, we feel lack of a safety net, but we kept access closed and did not compromise our stay in any way. This trip marked our children's first beach, it will certainly be scheduled for us and we will return to remember these days. Thank you Ricardo.

My husband and I loved the stay, clean, quiet place, great Wi-Fi and the best part was the sea view from all the windows!! The location is identical to the advertisement, with shops and a market nearby, and to get to the beach, you just had to cross the street. I had no setbacks, everything was very well explained. Nathaly sent me everything well and explained, Claudia, who was responsible for welcoming us, is super friendly and helpful, even recommended places to eat. Anyway, I only have compliments, I will definitely stay again!!

We rented the house for the holiday with friends and it was really a find! Excellent location, great restaurants, bars, beach close to the house.. The house is super equipped, it had everything we needed, even netflix haha, we love it! Of course there are new opportunities we will return more often!!

I spent the holiday at Kelly's home together with my family, we got in early, but we paid a separate amount so we could check in earlier. We loved the stay, cozy house, I loved that I had toys for my 1 year old baby to play, he loved and had a lot of fun. The only point is that the pool is different from the photos of the ad, I think they decreased until I forgot to comment with Kelly, but even so we used the pool between few people, until my baby came in with the float. I hope to come back more often, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Thanks for your stay Kelly!!!

Vinicius from the beginning of the location was extremely attentive and polite, clarified all my doubts and always made available if there were needs. The house is extremely close to the beach, very cozy and pleasant, well ventilated, the pool area is super comfortable to enjoy with the family. We were able to enjoy a lot and we will definitely come back more often.

Amazing accommodation for a couple, my fiancé and I got off by bus and upon arriving at the apartment everything very clean and cozy, what surprised me very much in the apt were the basic items such as a simple detergent in the sink, dishwashing bushes, toilet paper in the bathroom, (simple things that I did not find in other stays..) bed cloths and carpets all clean, we feel the touch of love in each corner of the apt. Regarding the location, it was our first time in aviation, it really has everything about, but we left for dinner and we found bar options, real food rice and beans rs’ and good music only in Guilhermina a few minutes from the apartment, we were walking and finally a super delicious tour. Vilmar always very polite, Thank you so much for your stay, we will be back for sure.

My daughter and I stayed again this year and we just love it here. Breathtaking view of all of Santos and very well located, w market, beach, and quick walk to the Gonzaga. Thank you for a lovely stay again and always being kind. Until next year... beijos

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

The apartment matches the description very well. There is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close
