Great property! Quiet place, very quiet,with comfortable furniture and well-equipped house. It is about 250m from the beach,but with very quiet access to it. Educated,helpful host. Anyway, a super recommended place for those who want to rest and even more for those who have small children because,in my opinion ,the beach of Daniela is the quietest for the little ones.

Apto very good, with good accommodation, full kitchen, very good shower, nice jacuzzi. The property is in a beautiful resort, with several attractions, such as trapiche, lagoon, saunas, swimming pools, even thermal ones that have an excellent temperature for cold days. Gicele gave us all the necessary information and was very kind in the flexibility of schedules. We intend to go back for sure.

It is difficult to make an assessment at the time of the accommodation, as the whole package is absolutely amazing: The place, the tranquility, the safety, the silence, the nature everywhere, structure and utensils, architecture and good aesthetic taste, the cleaning and finally the service and support throughout the stay. It was irreplaceable days that we spent in the house, the rare mixture of a foot-style house in the sand with so much privacy and silence provides a degree of unparalleled relaxation, which I believe I had not yet experienced in any other stay. By a wide margin, I can tell you that the actual delivery of hosting as a whole is superior to what photos allow you to dazzle at first and also true to what all guest reviews try to narrate. And to close, Marleti's support was perfect at all times, as well as the care and services of Clauci (homemade) were essential for us to enjoy our stay in the best way. The biggest certainty is that we will be back.

The apartment is nice, modern, and they keep it very clean and functional. Its location is great, the neighborhood is most exclusive on the island. It had all the necessary equipment to spend a few very pleasant days of rest. The hosts were attentive, and everything worked very well.

I loved my stay at the apartment! The location is perfect, right in the center of Floripa, with an incredible view of the Hercílio Luz bridge. The apartment is super comfortable, just like in the photos, and had everything I needed for a quiet stay. The supermarket is in the building, as well as several other shops and restaurants, which made everyday life much easier. Access to the building, apartment and parking space was super easy. I highly recommend and would certainly stay here again!

Very cozy apartment, one of the best places in the hotel, close to the pool, game room, kids area, exit to the beach. The incredible view, too, for the pools and sea. The hotel in Si is a delight, calm, organized. Next to the hotel there is also a Foodtrucks area with plenty of options. I highly recommend it, a great place to go with the family.

We stayed in a super cozy studio, well decorated and with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great, you can do everything on foot and the beach is beautiful! The condominium is quiet, has a great vibe and excellent structure. We would definitely come back!

The location is situated away from the busy city, yet only a couple blocks from the beach. The facility has a gym, outdoor pool, and even a convivence shop on location for quick pickup items. You can easily walk on the beach back to the town center with restaurants and convivence shops on the way. Uber is active and an inexpensive way for grocery, shopping or restaurants. Both bathrooms have hot water showers and the two bedrooms have electric shutters for nice dark sleeping. Your host are both kind and respectful in communication and information. Florianopolis is a delightful destination and you have found one of it's shiny pearls.

The hotel is very cozy, beautiful pools, easy access to the beach, accommodation exactly as advertised, clean, and with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. Boris was a great host, I recommend staying!

Genuinely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. To start off, Jessica is the best host, always responsive and very kind. She even added an extra day to my stay for free when she heard about my travel plans changing. The house it self is old but that gives it charm. Her grandpa built it and you can tell it’s treated with care. Although it doesn’t say it on the listing this house could technically sleep 9. The view is stunning and they even have sign for a lookout point. The view alone is worth what you pay. It is very private and you are the only house on the mountain. The walk on the beach is maybe 30 steps, so don’t let that deter you from booking. Jessica’s mother is also very sweet and created me with a big hug. Jessica gives you recommendations on food and deliveries. The house is also near the popular sand dunes. Overall book this Airbnb if you want to have an amazing stay!

We had a great stay. The place really is wonderful, with beautiful landscapes. The house really has everything in the descriptions and photos. Aldo was very receptive and agile. I highly recommend! And I hope to return.

What a place! I already fell in love with the photos, but in person it's even better. The sunrise is incredible, the apartment is all new and very well decorated. Very comfortable and the sofa on the balcony to rest and see the sea is priceless. Worth every penny. Best Airbnb find. I recommend it and I'll be back for sure.

Makian's apartment was impeccably tidy and very cozy. Very good shower! Comfortable bed and bath linens. The apartment's windows are on the side, and it is possible to have a beautiful view of the beach. Very nice to admire. Bakery, restaurant, shops… and much more, are very close to the apartment. We were treated to some pampering and we were grateful for it! The garage was a differential for our stay. Makian was always quick to answer our questions. Everything went well and the stay was great!

Vanio welcomed us very warmly! Extremely organized and beautiful house, very well equipped house, if I had forgotten something I would have had it at the house's disposal. My kids enjoyed it a lot, like the whole family.

This house is very special! Surprising even more personally. Beautiful and well-kept vegetation, private beach, sleeping listening to the sound of the sea. These were unforgettable days. We intend to return for sure!

We had a beautiful stay at Amadeu’s place. Host was incredibly helpful and responsive making adjustments to suite a family with young children. The house is perfect for family with little kids with a great play area and a mini playground in the shape of a pirate ship - my kids LOVE IT 🥰 the house is in a beautiful location by the lake, very peaceful. The only downside was the showers. Not very hot specially leading into winter and very, very low pressure but wouldn’t be an issue in summer time. Another downside is the neighbours dogs. They have 5-6 dogs that bark all day (and night!) long. We had to get a white noise machine for the kids. Wish the neighbour was a bit more friendly and respectful of their neighbours and manage their pets better. All in all a great stay a Ned we’d book again. Thanks for everything Amadeu - incredible host!
