We love the house, large rooms, spacious living and kitchen,a great outdoor area,and Davi very attentive,helpful and did not order us at any time,I recommend the house to those who want to feel at their home

Everything was great with hosting. Hosts were very helpful, always willing to help.

The place is in a very simple neighborhood but very close to the shops and 10min of the main stalls, the attraction of the house is the outdoor area, the swimming pool and wonderful, BBQ area, TV to play music. The housekeeper always available to help.

Very good stay, the very attentive and polite Sandro, helped in everything we needed, the great location of the house, nothing to complain about. We will be back for sure. 10/10

We liked the house very much, everything as the host described. The house served us very well, very spacious, very good pool, very good location, and organized condo, beautiful and very quiet. Some unforeseen events occurred during the hosting, but even though it was not the host's fault, he promptly resolved, always replying to my messages, and going to the house to answer us quickly. The host is very attentive and helpful. Anyway, recommend it, and I will return at the next opportunity.

Had a great experience with my family. The house is wonderful, very well cared for, with an excellent leisure area. The location is secure, which left us very quiet throughout the stay. The house is super spacious, well equipped, cool, receiving the sea breeze that is steps away. A very quiet, almost private place, super clean, nice neighborhood, a great place to rest and gather friends and family. Anselmo is very quick to respond, kind, gave great tips and clear information. Júnior was an extremely agile host, responding to messages in record time. We stayed only one night, and unfortunately the internet wasn't working, but that wasn't a problem. On the contrary, we take the opportunity to connect with the sea well ahead and recharge in a calm environment. The condominium is super quiet, it looked like we were the only guests. I can highly recommend renting with Carlos Magno if you are going to Estancia. the best host I came over here on AirBnB the house has a nice pool to cool of in, 3 bedrooms a kitchen and bathroom. close to the house is a nice restaurant in walking distance, near a lake with a little beach and good food and beautiful views, very nice sunset. and you can feed the weird fish (tambuqi) and cool of, or relax in the comfortable hammocks. I will rent with this host again for my next stay in estancia

The accommodation is wonderful, everything is clean, organized. The house is well equipped, with all the utensils available. Full water and gas tank, pool cleaned daily. We were greeted with chocolates, questions were answered promptly! The neighborhood is quiet, access is easy, no mosquitoes. My family and I love it and we are recommending it to everyone!

The accommodations were perfect for our needs. Plenty of beds that included linens and pillows. Air conditioning provided. Very nice house and perfect for family gatherings. The welcome by Leonardo's father and mother was wonderful. Everything is clean, the rooms are airy, the kitchen has all the utensils, the beach is very quiet, the neighborhood is quiet, the beach has waves. and the good thing is that it is next to Tambaqui, Praia do Saco, Ilha da Sogra, there are amenities nearby, about 2 km, and also two two from the house.

our stay was great! The house is facing the beach, very beautiful. Karla was great at communication, gave us great instructions and was super kind. and it is recorded here my admiration for the couple Ana and Cristiano, they are very friendly and solicited, they received us with coconut water in the refrigerator, and an amazing shrimp moqueca (service contracted to direct part with Ana, which I highly recommend!), were very helpful and gave us great tips to enjoy the region. it was well worth it!

The house is exactly like in the pictures, practically standing in the sand and has a very cozy outdoor area. The place is very quiet, perfect for those who want to escape from hectic places and rest with the family. Mittla was a great host!

We all loved the house, very organized, the pool area is great ! Everything was wonderful, I have nothing to complain about. we will definitely be back more often 😘
