The apartment has warm décor, offers comfort, is airy and is very organized and clean. The highlight is in the stunning view of the beach and the bar. The building is close to the beach and the Centro, located in the best place in Tramandaí. It is accessible for those who have decreased mobility, have a lift and an access ramp on the door. Our hospitality was brief but pleasant and quiet, corresponding to our expectation.

The location is amazing, a few meters from the waterfront, at the best point of Tramandaí, which makes the experience even more special. Access to the condominium is very practical, done electronically, ensuring security and amenities. In addition, the host was impeccable in service, very agile and always attentive. Another differential are the bathrooms, both with a gas shower, which ensured comfortable baths. The accommodation also has a washer and dryer that makes all the difference for those who want practicality. I recommend it without restrictions and I will certainly return at a next chance!

Amazing apto, super well-equipped, organized, spacious, airy, with a beautiful view of the city. Marido highly praised the barbecue. Modern TVs, super cozy rooms, including the beds and towels. Dispunha beach chairs and guard suns. Nearby, supermarket, pharmacy, fruit tree, restaurants.Be near the beach. The host was very helpful. We answered super well. Clear and transparent communication. Anyway everything perfect. Me and my family recommend it!!

The house of Fabiano, is exelent, as well as in the photos and all that he described. It is a block and a half from the beach, a few blocks from the center. Clean, airy, with availability of chairs and support for loading them to the beach. Enough kitchen Utensilios. Well there's no way not to compliment. Even the unavailability of wi-fi previously described provided connectivity with nature, human interaction and favoring reading. Á, sleeping with the sound of the sea and waking up with the sea as the landscape of the bedroom window has already been worth what I invested.

Mr. Moacir is a real sweetheart! Receptive, attentive and careful, made our journey even more quiet, light and full of affection. Call us as if we were grandchildren. Not to mention the two cute kittens that complete the reception with a lot of love (especially the dear Moah). We will return as soon as possible, for sure! The house is wonderful: spacious, close to the sea, the kiosks and the market. It is simple, but well lit and overflowing love, it has everything a family needs to feel at home. We greatly enjoyed our stay, at Arthur's property! The apartment is in front of the beach and you can see the sea. The condominium is very safe, clean and organized, with a structure for the post-spring. Arthur and Alex were very kind at the reception and check-out. I intend to go back!
