The house is wonderful, cozy, complete. Comfortable rooms, full kitchen and has a great leisure area. We liked it so much that it was our second time at the house. And we'll come back more often. The host is very attentive and we appreciate the great hospitality. The condominium is quiet, safe, well located.

We rented the house for a weekend with friends and it was perfect! Marisa always responded quickly and kindly, answering all our questions about the house. The house view is perfect! When we open the door, we are already on the sand. The house is quite spacious, it only has a little problem with some locks on the doors of the bedrooms and bathrooms, but nothing that would hinder the stay. Dona Zezé and her Aldo live in the back of the house and are extremely kind and helpful! For a previously agreed amount, we had all our meals prepared by Dona Zezé, all delicious. I recommend it for sure!

My family and I spent wonderful times on the spot. Great outdoor space, including all necessary infrastructure. The house is extremely clean, with fragrant bed linen and towels! Quiet and easily accessible location. The host was always willing and agile, answering all the questions sent. She was welcoming and flexible. 10 out of 10!

My family and I love the environment, a wonderful space where we all feel very comfortable, Suziane is always very attentive. Not to mention that the children didn't even want to go home. Super recommend 😉

Casa marvellous. Needs some small aesthetic repairs in its interior, further improving the sleeping rooms (painting, furniture, etc.). But this does not compromise the quality of the stay. the anfritian was super solicitous. Bruno was quite agile in responding to any demand and everything went smoothly.

We had a great time. This place will have made our vacation unforgettable. The pool is fantastic. The beautiful and well-maintained garden. The house is clean the interior spaces are large. We enjoyed the barbecue and the beach with private access for the whole neighborhood. Fully secure neighborhood. We loved it. The kids too.

We had an amazing stay, beautiful house, very accommodating for our large group. The beach being a very short walking distance was the cherry on top. I felt very safe and the cook and cleaning lady were also so kind and wonderful and helped make our stay even better. We felt so well taken care of! Allan checked in on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and was very flexible with us at check in. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to book.

Great house , we are in 6 adults and 1 pet , large space, comfortable , well equipped , closed garage for 02 cars , great outdoor space for barbecue with a good pool ! Stand in the sand , balcony that serves the 2 bedrooms on the floor Superior with a beautiful sea view with nets ! Great location , with restaurant , Market, pharmacy, bakery , butcher shop and hortifruti nearby ! No Need by car ! Dna Zélia greeted us on arrival , super polite and gentle, and accompanied our departure ! Super attentive and helpful Micelle, with Great communication ! Anyway I highly recommend and will be back with Certeza !

The stay was simply perfect, it is a very comfortable and exclusive location. Fátima is a sweet, very polite, attentive. michelle, marivaldo and ivan are extremely polite and attentive. We are in doubt whether we qualify as excellent or fabulous! Perfect!

Very quiet stay, clean and cozy space.

We went on a family trip to Maragogi. Two kids, my wife and I. The house is not brand new but it is fantastic. It is in a condo but is one of the best houses there as it has direct access to the beach, a 50 meter walk barefoot on a sandy path shaded by lush coconut trees. The grounds are meticulously kept by the condominium staff daily and there is 24 hour security with an on duty guard at all times. The pool, although small is verry nice, clean and well kept. It is an excellent complement to the beach so you can easily move from one to another. Next to the pool, a sandy volleyball court graces the grounds for a bit of family sport. We went in the low season on the week before easter. The temperatures were always above 30ºC and the water temperature was around the same you transit in and out of the water effortlessly which is amazing. The sheets and towels were spotless and of high standard and the beds were very comfortable. Well done Vitor and Rosana. I hope I can return someday.

We had incredible moments as a family at Flávia's house. Very quiet place for children, super functional house, pleasant place, nice sea. Definitely a find! Great At cost benefit . Flávia is always very polite and proactive. We love it.

Raíssa was an exceptional host! Sanou all the doubts and was very kind in every way. Attentive, polite and very receptive employees. The bungalow was love for the 1st view of the photos, when I arrived and saw in person, I became more in love. Beautiful, cozy, cozy, comfortable,well decorated and equipped space. Transmites Paz and has a perfect view. Clean and very smelling bed and bath linens, myself and my family spent very special days and we will definitely be back. We leave with a warm heart and with memories that will stay forever in our hearts. Only living this experience to describe what it is!

It was incredible days, a True beauty paradise natural of the beaches and something indescribable , the house simply met all our needs the cordiality nor spoken, we were envisaged to drink coconut water harvested in the garden itself, which by the way was chosen our favorite place of the house always very well taken care of, allowing us to receive a visit from the native monkeys, butterflies, birds…Finally we quickly know dona Lúcia than in the same way as his very gentle Moacir. Just thank you for your Moacir opening the doors of your Home to welcome us!!!

The days at Ivan's house were excellent!!!! My family and I were surprised by the architecture of the house, all in very good taste, spacious and comfortable rooms! The kitchen space and the utensils met our needs perfectly!!! The dinner table is beautiful! The swimming pool near the barbecue, several tables, chairs and hammocks were essential to ensure leisure comfort. The air-conditioned rooms work perfectly well. Only noting that the sea in the front is a little bravio, it is not so good for bathing (especially children), but great for hiking contemplating the island of Santo Alexo on the horizon. We even took a day out of our holiday to get to know the island and we had an amazing experience, I recommend the tour! I only have compliments to make, the days we spent there were incredible and Ivan gave all the support.

Beautiful and quiet place, a true paradise. The house is as described, with everything we need, very comfortable and well clean. We were very well received with fresh coconut and sweets from the region. We love everything....

My group and I had a great experience at Bianca's house. The house is of very good taste, with accessories and materials of good quality in addition to being well equipped for celebrations on the beach. The support team was also very helpful.

Our stay at Marcelo's home was great . The house faithfully matches the listing, the photos are reliable as they are posted on the listing. The housekeeper went by every day and left all the exterior of the house impeccable, until the barbecue was clean every day. The beach is wonderful..... Marcelo answered all our questions very quickly. We're already planning to come back in the second half. thank you Marcelo !!!

I, my family and friends had a simply sensational experience at Casa Coqueiro. The house is perfect, with super cozy and well-kept environments, providing all the comfort we needed for our stay. The support team was excellent! In particular, Luís the homemaker was extremely helpful and attentive, always ready to help us with any need. The hostess, Eduarda, was also flawless. From the outset, she took care of every detail so that our stay would be perfect and promptly met us in all the demands that arose. Without a doubt, this was one of the best experiences we have ever had in hosting. We recommend with eyes closed and we will be back soon!
